*Edit below---I visited this store with my roommate a couple of weeks ago, excited to check it out. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. We barely made it two steps inside before the smell hit us—strong, like raw sewage. We decided to leave right away.
Afterward, my roommate left a review about our experience, only for the owner to respond, essentially calling him a liar and challenging him to provide "proof" for a $1000 reward if it was validated by their cameras. Feeling insulted but confident in what we experienced, we sent proof of our visit via email. But, despite the owner's bold statement, we haven’t received any response.
It's a shame, because we were genuinely excited to support a local game store. Instead, we encountered not only an unpleasant environment but also an owner who seems to dismiss any criticism. I can't recommend this shop, especially with how unprofessionally they handle feedback.

*Edit- After emailing with the owner Matt and providing a time frame of when we were there and the exact location of the store we stood at before leaving, it seems he still can not find us on his "cameras". Offering a reward based on whether a customer is being truthful, only to dismiss the multitudes of proof provided, is both unprofessional and disappointing. And it seems he deleted his responses offering $1000 if we could provide proof

This small store is packed with RPG (Role-Playing Game) books and accessories (dice, etc.), board games, Marvel books, and has tables in the back. Also a number of comics!

We loaded up on so much D&D and Everyday Heroes and other RPG stuff, including a miniature-painting kit. Being from out of town, it was our one opportunity. We spent over $500 on things we might not find in Canada, and were thrilled we stumbled upon this place.

We enjoyed talking with the co-owner about the store, and about Gen Con, which she had attended as an author (and my friend remembers talking with her there!). Vampire weasels!

Right next to Mancino's Grinders in the Parking lot across the street from Mounds Mall you will find perhaps the best comic book and table top game store in Anderson (and likely in Madison and Delaware County).

Rembert, the owner, always gives discounts for cash purchases and he has a constant 20% off on official D&D merchandise. He used to write adventure paths for WotC before they got bought out by Hasbro.

The tables in the back are available to use for free for all customers. You can drop in to play random games or find when the scheduled games are being held there, typically on weekends.

I would like to preface by saying the store is very organized and the employees I encountered were very kind - however, the issue comes with the stingyness and pricing. The backroom is full of towers of boxes of decades old comic issues that were clearly bought in-bulk from a flea market or online auction for very cheap, as most of the comics have stickers or markings that says "1.50" or "2.00." I grabbed a sealed X-Force #1 that I bought because it said it had a sealed collectable card inside. When brought to the counter, none of the back rooms comics were priced, they price them at purchase by looking at the going-rate online (already a red flag). But since my comic had a trading card that could make the purchase more or less expensive, they opened it in front of me to determine the right price... extremely unprofessional. I know this is likely not a big deal to some, but if you would like older comics I would go literally anywhere else.

They aren't the biggest shop and are very selective on the products they carry. But what they do, they do very well and are experts in their trade. Rembert the original owner is sadly no longer with us but his wife Bev has gone to great lengths to keep his legacy alive. Stop in and help Bev keep Reader Copies going for the next generation.

Literally could not make it more than a few steps inside the door because of the smell. Had no idea what products they had but they're not worth it. I went outside and started gagging it was that vile.

Edit: I did send the email with screenshots and dates confirming my story and got no reply.
