Please think carefully before choosing this company. I have paid for a service with them which I have not received by no fault of my own (communication issue between Red Cactus and the external companies they use to run events). They are now refusing to provide a refund to me with illogical reasoning. They provided a room of this size for a group of 18 people!

An event company, all customer service was nice by the sales person Jenn until my event was fully paid for. Thereafter basic asks like seeking confirmation for my event, I was told it was reasonable to wait a couple of days for confirmation (even though my event was 2 weeks away). I was under the impression my event was confirmed when Jenn negotiated start times with me and there was an ask for full payment. When I pushed for confirmation, explaining I’d otherwise need to seek alternative options (as they offer various activities), rather than finding a solution from their bank of options, I was coldly told that my event was not refundable if I decided to cancel. Thankfully Helen then stepped in and became my main point of contact thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. Kindly provided confirmation and answers to my questions.

The event itself, we did Archery Combat. Our host Jesse was great, reached out a day before with details. He was good with managing 20 x 13 y/o boys and the boys had a lot of fun. The issue I had was the images shown on the Red Cactus events website and contract, pictured inflatable obstacles. On the day it was 10 bow and arrows and safety wear only. The boys aimed for one another across a pitch with games co-ordinated by Jesse.

Really fun afternoon, everything ran really smoothly.

The ref/organiser was great and really helped us enjoy it too. A very polite and pleasant gentleman!

The stag had great fun with the Zorb football and the Goggle football, some of the other guests have said they want to book again already.

Just a note, the Zorb football is hard going! So make sure you bring some water as 20 minutes in and we were pouring with sweat.

We booked a life drawing session through Red cactus for my friend’s hen party and had an amazing time despite a rocky start. The venue allocated let themselves down a bit because it was shut when we arrived and had to be let in by the cleaner ( thank god for her). Once the party started we never stopped laughing and thoroughly enjoyed our host Bjorn. Would highly recommend.

We used Red Cactus to arrange a nerf party for our 8 year old. It was awesome! They turned out to be a broker and the host was another company, but they were our point of contact and arranged everything. When the venue requested insurance and safeguarding documents, they were responsive and quick to arrange them. Their booking process was straight forward.

I had to chase them for one thing when the staff member dealing with the booking was away, but it was jumped on by their colleague. Overall a very positive experience and I felt like we were in safe hands throughout. I'd be happy to use them again

Do not book!!! Despite assurances that everything would be arranged seamlessly, the reality was far from it. We arrived at the venue only to find that our booking had not been made. The staff on-site were bewildered and had no record of the arrangements. The lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and poor customer service made for a thoroughly disappointing experience. If you're looking to create lasting memories for your stag do, I suggest seeking out a more reliable and customer-focused company. Save yourself the hassle and choose wisely!

Very disappointed that the activity we had all booked on 13 July in Bristol for my son’s stag weekend didn’t occur . We all arrived @ 5pm as per email instructions to be then told it was now going to be 6pm . Instructor arrived just after us & informed us that she hadn’t been provided with any artistic equipment for event to take place . We all waited another hour + in a small conference room that didn’t comfortably accommodate us all .
The hotel were understandably apologetic but the situation was out of their control.
We left the premises after a wasted few hours . Unbelievably the company are arguing about giving us a full refund for not providing us with the service we had paid for !
Be very careful not to waste your money!

I booked a life drawing class for a hen party of 18. It was extremely easy to book and I didn't need final numbers until around 6 weeks before the event, allowing plenty of time for planning!
Excellent communication throughout and a confirmation message was sent the day before the event.
This was easily the highlight of the hen. Interactive, inclusive, and hilarious. Our tutor was knowledgeable and supportive, and even played a party playlist throughout to keep the energy going. I can't thank you all enough, excellent experience!
