Muy bien!

Nice clean theatre. The bathroom is in bad need of update. It's old and a lot of stuff is broken in the men's room. It was not very clean. Just gross and out dated. A family restroom would be nice to have to be able to change my granddaughters diapers. Lol I was also very disappointed because they were out of the refill buckets and cups for purchase, yet they still had a poster advertising them in the lobby by the box office as well as an onscreen ad during the previews. I really do not like people adding butter to my popcorn. They never give enough, even when you ask for extra. Give us our own butter stations like other theaters do. A self-service drink kiosk would also be nice. Twice I've asked for no or very little ice and got too much. I don't like watered down soda. And a self-service kiosk usually allows you to add flavors. The Sound and cleanliness in the auditoriums were great. The seats, although not reclining or rocking, are still pretty comfortable. The staff here is great, very friendly. On today's visit (9/2/2024), I asked the manager if they had the refills buckets back yet for purchase. He said yes. I told him the last several times I was here I was told they were out of them. He said there was a miscommunication between the staff and they always had them. They had run out of cups, but did get some back in. He genuinely apologized to me and gave me the refill bucket and cup. I was willing to pay for them, but he insisted and again apologized. What a great manager. I had to upgrade from 3 stars to 5 because the amazing staff here outweighs the needed updates to the bathrooms. ?

Wonderful place and I've always loved it. Been there since I was a kid:) but the prices are now very high ;(. It was 45 dollars for two adult tickets tonight ;(. Drinks are 15 dollars for a large. Really astonishing ;(

The theater is nice and spacious. Not the new reclining seats, but still comfy. The concessions counter was out of more things than I can remember. Very slim pickings.

severely over priced, why is a .99 cent bag of candy over $5! i get it every movie theater is expensive but this one takes the cake! workers are slow and under staff during busy times multiple times I've missed the first 30 minutes of my movie just trying to get popcorn even after showing 30 minutes early. bathroom floors covered in urine, there's something sticky on all the floors of the theaters that im pretty sure will never come up

Great selection of movies. Typical over priced snacks and tickets. But, relatively clean and better upkeep than most of the lower 48.

It's expensive, and IMAX only means "we need to turn the volume all the way up" here. But, the ones we have been to have been clean and up kept, and they have Icees. We try to give it a 5, but they dont comprehend what the volume level should be.
