My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Regenerating Me! We tried nearly everything, and each service exceeded our expectations. First, we visited the Halo Salt Therapy Lounge, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and refreshing experiences I've had. The salt room not only improved my breathing but also helped me completely unwind. It was the perfect environment to clear my mind and relax—something I often struggle with in my busy day-to-day life, since I both work and go to school full time.

The guided Energy Healing & Meditation session that took place in the salt room was incredible. The music was calming, the chairs were comfortable, and the salt sand felt nice to walk on. The guided words of meditation helped me go deeper into a state of relaxation. I also appreciated how the center kept everything pristine, including using hygienic coverings for the headsets that the music played through, which made me feel very comfortable.

The Intuitive Card Readings were fascinating and insightful, providing clarity and inspiration that helped me gain a new perspective on life. I left feeling more connected to myself and with a better understanding of my goals. Life Purpose & Entrepreneur Coaching was equally impactful. The coaching focused on actionable, practical advice that I continue to apply in my life. It’s not about trying to fix everything at once, but about giving you the right tools and guidance to move forward with confidence.

Finally, the Crystal Café Lounge was a wonderful surprise! I tried a custom coffee made by our wellness coach, and it was absolutely delicious. The mushroom-based blend had a rich toffee and caramel flavor, and I was honestly surprised at how flavorful it was, as I’d never tried mushroom coffee. For only a few dollars, I received a generous-sized cup topped with whipped cream. I loved how thoughtful and unique the offerings were, and it was the perfect way to wind down after all the other sessions.

Overall, I would 100% recommend Regenerating Me to anyone looking for self-improvement, healing, or even just great coffee. I felt that everything we tried was designed to promote wellness and relaxation, even if you only go for one service.

Came here last week to have a Pajama & Vision Book night. Had an amazing time with ADionne leading us through a guided meditation in the salt room, creating vision books together, and watching a movie after. I also bought some jewelry that I LOVE wearing. 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to come back again!

My favorite thing about this place was the sense of comfort. I loved that from the moment you walk through the door it’s like tension is lifted off your shoulders. The salt cleanse gave me the ability to unwind and really think about my future journey through life. This was my first time doing a vision book and it was very therapeutic and fun. It allowed me to bring out my creative side. The room in the back was a vibe, it brought me back to when I would make pillow forts with my cousins but 10 times better looking . Also I left with a beautiful rose quarts and amethyst necklace. Great vibes and great merchandise.

My girlfriend and I had the wonderful opportunity to experience a dajamma birthday party, saltroom lounge and vision book experience at Regenerating Me. We were impressed by the decor and vibe of the experience. The vision book supplies were well stocked which was very useful after our 30 minute meditation in the very relaxing saltroom. Overall if your looking for a cool new experience in town to help you relax and really ground yourself in our hectic world I could not recommend a better place.

I had an amazing experience, go, go, go!!! I brought my Goddaughter on a special night where the host ADionne who I believe is the owner as well held a meditation and afterwards it we did a Vision book and drank mock mixed drinks that were absolutely delicious. We laughed, cried, released, and got confirmation on our journey, not to mention how beautiful the rooms are! It was my 3rd time going and my daughter fell in love she was so comfortable with everyone and that meant alot to me. The energy there is so light and everyone there was so nice. I had an amazing experience with the salt room. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. From the moment we walked in, it felt so peaceful. This is the perfect mediation activity to center yourself. It was awesome. I was there as the facilitator got a business workshop. It went very well. Everything we needed was set up as request. We had our morning session and during our lunch break we had a 15 minute salt session. It certainly was awesome. Great break for our mind and body. Thank you.
