We always have an amazing time at both Retro Jake's in Muncie and in Richmond. The staff are so friendly. Chris is especially awesome and always willing to help us. We are big collectors of retro games and consoles and always find something new every time we visit (which is often) Highly recommend as the best store in the area for retro, used, and rare games. The arcade in Richmond is also especially fun and very cool to take kids!

Cool place!! The guy at the counter was super nice and knowledgeable about games, consoles, pokemon,etc. i had some Nintendo games i wanted to sell and he gave me a good deal!! Instead of trying to get over on me. It was a cool experience overall and ill recommend it to any gamers or any one.

Came for a Nintendo Switch repair, and was given beyond amazing service from their repair technician. If you're in need of any electronics repairs, I very highly recommend coming here and speaking with a gentleman named Nick (aka Caveman). Overall a great store with a great selection a very friendly atmosphere.

Amazing place, I didn't want to leave! I hope they begin to utilize the front area as a hang out spot. Friendly staff. Great merchandise, and I found games that I had thought were basically gone for good. I had wonderful feelings of nostalgia. I will most definitely be returning.

Very welcoming and informative. Helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me some great advice to find more of what I was looking for. Fun to look through the games and find ones that were nostalgic. Also have some old school arcade games in the back.
