Fun, family-friendly environment. My oldest and my husband loved that. My only complaint is that there is no changing table in the bathroom, but I get it's not really targeted for babies. Just something to keep in mind and prepare for!

I’m an experienced game collector that’s been to at least a dozen different retro game stores in the tri state area. I can assure you Retro Jake’s is the GOAT. They are organized, well priced, and always have very helpful friendly staff. They have a handy rewards program and a great buy two get one 50% off deal for their more sought-after games that will always have you leaving knowing you got a great deal. If you are looking for a wide range of higher-priced games, Jake’s is the first place you should check to see if you can snag a money-saving deal. I would also like to shout out the manager, Anthony, for his great, friendly attitude and his dedication to customer satisfaction. Fun fact: my biggest retro game haul ever was done here about a year ago.

Employees were very knowledgeable and super nice to talk to. You feel like you're chatting with friends about different topics you both enjoy. Their inventory is pretty extensive. They will continue to get our business. Our kids love the arcade, also.

The selection was impressive, with a mix of systems and games that spanned from 8-bit Nintendo to current gen. Their handheld selection had a couple of more unique systems, and they even had some CIB systems. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The arcade connected to the store offered a nostalgic vibe that felt so much like going to the arcade as a kid. This is a really cool place and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

First time at the new location after visiting the old location several times. This is a MAJOR upgrade! I’m so happy to see Retro Jake’s thriving. Stopped in while on a road trip and had a great experience. An amazing arcade is available, and the selection of top-tier rare video games was outstanding. Customer service was friendly, even working on the prices for me without asking. Highly recommend.

Jake and Abbey are fabulous business owners who will do whatever is I'm their power to help you out. Anthony is a great employee. They do want to make money, but they will work with you to find an answer. They have bought and sold me game systems, games, and controllers. As well as fixed and cleaned my games, cleaned my dvds, and hunted down strategy guides for me. Ty all...
