We had our wedding at Rolling Meadows in September and it was the best possible experience as a bride. They were very responsive to all of my emails and questions leading up to the day and made sure everything was perfect for us on the day of. The space is also so beautiful!

Rolling Meadows is a venue like NO OTHER can compare in the Quad Cities Area! This is a photographers *DREAM* with all the open space and natural light - every angle is a photo opportunity! When searching for your dream venue, make sure you like the "in case of rain" space. Your photos will still be stunning even if you hold your ceremony indoors, as well as your portraits.
The staff is so personal, yet professional, assuring your day runs smoothly. Oh yeah, they have an in house florist/decorator. Check that off your list!
Stay for your guest is minutes away, PLENTY of parking space and tons of room to have an epic reception! Stop your searching, get into Rolling Meadows!

Choosing this venue for our wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely the best decision we could have made! Where to even begin for some of the reasons:
- The entire venue is stunning! They thought of it all when creating this space for weddings!
- The planning process was smooth and communication was easy with Collin and Stephanie.
- Using Rolling Hills for rental decorations was convenient and everything was beautiful!
- The bridal suite worked great for my group of 9 ladies to get ready all morning with 3 stations for hair/makeup, couches, a bathroom upstairs, fridge, and space for food.
- The guys found the 3 TVs and large couch in the grooms lounge to be helpful while hanging out before the ceremony.
- Stephanie and Collin were so accommodating for any request we had all weekend! The day of the ceremony there was a threat of storms and hail. They kindly moved our ceremony inside at 10am and switched it back to the reception seating after the ceremony. Everything was done quickly and I felt no stress all day!
- The ability to use any vendors (catering, florist, etc) was really nice so we could have the perfect event for us!
I would recommend this venue for anyone’s planning a wedding or any other major event in the future! You won’t regret it!

We attended a wedding with a full house and a singer. There was no dissipation of the sound and it was impossible to talk to anyone at your table unless you were right next to them. After the meal 80% of people went outside to save their ear drums. So many people were complaining.
This venue was beautiful but needs sound buffers installed.
When the wedding party was introduced the microphone echo prevented us from hearing any names.

Very nice atmosphere but acoustic not so good very hard to hear once music started. Person working was great she worked very hard to make sure everything was taken care of for the bride and the guests

Set up for wedding is great. The only down side is the sound! Need to do something to help people understand the talking and music!
