Recently we inquired about exterior shutters and the personnel at this location was rude and unprofessional.
We were met at the door by a woman who was clearly annoyed by our presence and she asked us what we were looking for. She huffed off and said, "Well I'll have to go get a mask." We saw her go to the back room and whispering with a man. He came out and wanted to know what we wanted and he was quite annoyed that we were even there.
When we told him we were looking for exterior house shutters he rolled his eyes and said, "I'll have to go to the back and get a catalog" in a sarcastic and condescending tone.
He returned with the catalog, thumbed through it, and found the pages with shutters. He still displayed his annoyed attitude and was put out about our visit and any question we asked he would take a deep breath in frustration and would blurt out a brief answer. He showed us what he had in the catalog and he said, "I supposed I'll have to call and check." Again, it was an annoyance to him. We were not sure why these people acted like this.
At this point we were left with an uneasy feeling about doing business there. We immediately turned around and left him standing there. We did find the shutters at Home Depot at a much lower price and found much better customer service. First visit, last visit!
