Great place to go and see theather plays.This is the last weekend the Salem Community High school Drama Club is doing Beauty and Beast.
The kids do a great job and have many really good singers.

I have very fond memories of this place. It was my hometown movie theater growing up. I saw many great movies there. Since it has been changed from a movie theater to an actual theater I have seen several great performances and plays here. They have done a great job renovating it while also keeping it as original as possible.

I love the hometown feel & talent. It is great that a small town, such as Salem, provides such quality entertainment. I love theaters. I am so blessed to be able to enjoy it w/o having to travel to a major city. ❤

Local small town theatre they do great live shows and occasionally do a special movie feature for families.
These folks are all volunteers putting in their own time and hard work keeping the building in great shape and the quality is great too.

I watched films here as a young girl. I've attended plays here as an adult. I also occasionally act in plays here. It's a wonderful old theater with an enthusiastic board and involved community members. A little gem in downtown Salem.
