I tried to send my check stubs to this location since they said they was taking up some of the cases for East St Louis and she gave me an email address but Google keep telling me the email address is not found so they rejected sending my PDF. I tried to call them but it keeps going to automated system and the automated system does not help at all, I am extremely upset with the system that you guys have in place because it shows that you do not care about helping the people efficiently. Is very upsetting and it shows that you guys are not maintaining your website efficiently like it's supposed to. I honestly feel like there should be some type of class action situation or something to where you guys can be held accountable if you don't fix this because it's ridiculous and it makes things that much harder which shows that it is done by design smdh, please fix this issue!!! Because it also feels like since you guys know that people are down and out or struggling you can get away with it because no one can challenge you but get enough people together to oppose this blasphemy of a system then maybe we can get some type of reform, I have a feeling that we need to put pressure on the state collectively or we won't get anything done and we would have to constantly jump through these hoops and get the runaround until we get what we need done.

This place is awful calling for information. It's an automated menu without options. Why even keep the lights on if weee do it all by mail and telephone and the workers are a bit rud

I'm a human trafficking victim as are my kids and it is listed with the Internal Revenue Service and these idiots at that location have pulled that with me plus I'm a CO2 victim and they have allowed people who illegally tamper with communication towers to tamper with people health to get away with this for a profit. Most are dirty police officers who are involved with drug trade. Anyone who wants to stop by my residence to discuss their experience and to get this to stop I'll add my location to google maps as Water heater tag# 89401. I'm sick of being targeted by a bunch of drug addicts/traffickers looking to bully innocent & honest families. My blood work, shows flags due to my linage, is constantly sent to my lawyer as well as the state of Illinois EVERYTIME! It's proof there is a MAJOR problem with the system. I've seen parents pass out near that facility due to CO2 poisoning that had proper procedures been followed could have been prevented this is why that particular facility was shut down several years ago & should be again.
