My 3 yr old daughter has been attending classes at Satori Academy for about 8 months, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and know how to engage young children in a way that keeps them excited and focused.
She’s learned so much, from coordination to confidence, and we’ve noticed a big improvement in her behavior at home too. She always looks forward to class.

I recently enrolled my 7yr old at Satori Academy. I was immediately impressed by the warmth and easy approach that made my child feel at ease. Usually apprehensive with new people, he was made so comfortable to take on the instructions from the get go. Both Sensai DeLeon and his stellar staff took time to instruct him with the basics. He has since, been showing more confidence and enjoying his sessions. I would highly recommend this Academy, as even I have been encouraged by the instructors to improve myself and push myself to a healthier lifestyle. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My son has been going to Satori for about 3 years now, and I there are not enough words to express how grateful I am for them.
When my son had tough times, they noticed and reached out to ask how they could help and they actually did everything they could o help him go through whatever it is he is going through. And it didn't help just once.
I am grateful for the whole staff, specially for Sensei Jose, who has my son's back 100% of the time.
And of course, I also love their teaching techniques.

We have been with Satori for a little over a year now and plan to be here for a while! Sensei Jose is great with kids and offers individualized attention that makes each student feel special; my son really looks up to him. All of the staff I’ve encountered are very helpful, and I’ve had a great time watching my child’s confidence grow!

My son is in his 2nd year of karate at Satori West Long Branch and loves it! Entire staff has been great! He has definitely learned a lot, and even improved his work ethic and motivation that applies in every day life activities!

My son has been doing to karate here since he was 5. The last 2 years has been a blur because he faced a lot of challenges through his Autism diagnosis. Sensei Jose and his team have been nothing but helpful and encouraging him to work hard. They made accommodations for him like 1 on 1 training smalls group classes and let him have small choices to feel in control. He’s grown so much and 2 years later he loves it more than the first time he got a belt. He’s learned confidence healthy eating good manners and focusing in large groups. This team is one in a million and I would tell anyone whose child is old enough to come because Sensei Jose and his team are truly fantastic on and off the mat!!!
