While the room was very clean and staff very friendly, I have stayed there many times previously and loved the breakfast. This time we were offered stale donuts and lukewarm coffee. It’s not a cheap place to stay, but a nice breakfast would offset that. Very disappointing.

This place has wonderful accommodations and convenient amenities, and a surprisingly large amount of rooms and space for you.||I love the cozy dining / living lounge, and really a warm place to put up your feet. The McDonalds and gas station are very close next door and down the hill, so walkable but the driveway is decent hill between the two. The hotel has a ton of parking and there is some very comfortable green space adjacent.

Our stay for the most part was great! My only complaint.... The outlets....almost every outlet I plugged my fan in was loose, including the lamp outlet. And no, this was not my fan being the problem because we tried our phone charger too... Still really loose. So had to use the outlet by the sink, that worked great, and the outlet behind one of the desks was fine. So, outlets need to be replaced. Most likely they are loose because of all the use they get.

No hot big breakfasts... had convenience store donuts and cheap coffee... not the biscuit and gravy, omelets, bacon, fresh fruit, or cereal or anything... no hot tub as advertised. was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 150 bucks a night on a Monday..... whoever behind desk didn't care about our being misled or their false advertising.... DON'T RECOMMEND... MOTEL 6 IS BETTER THAN THAT PLACE

Our room was never cleaned, and we never received fresh towels or bedding.|When we asked, the front desk attendant was not helpful,|When we asked for fresh toiletries, we were handed a small bar of soap.|We asked for assistance and the attendant offered to let us speak with an owner.|The person took our phone number however no one reached out to compensate.||We will not stay at this establishment again, nor do we recommend it.|We were not treated as valued clients.

I have stayed here frequently throughout the years ,and the hotel recently changed owners.They did repair work on things that were broken from when I last stayed here, and you could tell. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly , and the location not too far from the town center. I could however only give three stars in total for this review though do to a few reasons. Firstly the price I came over a holiday weekend and spent almost $218 a night for a total of three days staying here. That is way too much for the area, in the past they could do this because of the contract with the railroad to give the workers lodging, but an employee at the desk shared with me that they lost the contract. The hotel was never full and I don't see how they will stay in business if they don't lower the prices, especially when there are other cheaper and and just as good quality places in the area. I had horrible issues with the internet not working and was told by one of the desk workers " This is the river valley and that's how it is". Really? You charge a lot of money and can't even have good internet and say that? To be fair the manager did do his best to help me and mentioned he may have to change the provider. So would I stay here again? Yes if I had no other choice, however it will no longer be my first option anymore unless things change namely the price for the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel with free shuttle in town and also free breakfast. Only problem was trying to figure out where my room was..
