I would rather leave zero stars but here we are... Would have loved to enjoy this tour if our guide ever bothered to show up... Spoke with the company multiple times to try and locate our tour guide who they apparently couldn't get ahold of but "was at the location". We were scheduled to meet at 5:30 PM at a specific and very easy to find location in the city; my group and I arrived 5 minutes after 5PM and the tour guide was no where to be found. We circled the area multiple times trying to locate the tour guide or anyone else scheduled to meet up at that time. There was no one with a shirt, sign, name tag, or any company markers to indicate they were there to perform a tour. The company is now refusing to take our calls or refund our group because it was apparently "our fault" we could not locate the tour guide. So now they're just stealing money for an experience we never got to have, which was not cheap. If this is the business you practice you should come up with a better system of meeting with your customers instead of placing blame and then ignoring phone calls. Never using this service ever again. I would HIGHLY recommend Ghost City Tours Savannah instead - very professional, friendly, and easy to find.

Absolutely the worst people. Booked a tour in Savannah the entire group waiting at the meeting spot 30 minutes prior to the tour and no one showed up. Tried calling the company it took multiple attempts to even get through to anyone and the woman said on the phone that there’s no way to contact the tour guide that stating they don’t look at or answer their phones during a tour. Spoke to the woman about getting a refund said she would talk with the tour guide the following day to see what happened absolutely no follow up they are now ignoring our calls. The company tried blaming us for being late when the entire party with the exception of me who was parking the car was at the meeting spot 30 mins beforehand there were no other large groups of people standing around and she told us it was a large group . The stated all other tours were full for the night and could not get us on another one later on and tried to pass us off to another company instead of working on the issue at hand.

Absolutely disgusted with this service. Was told multiple times to be in front of the City Hall for this tour at 530. We arrived around 5:05, half of our group, while the other half parked. I walked around the building multiple times, stood in front of it, and walked on both sides waiting to see a tour guide or a group. Nothing. Received call to confirm, which I did, that we were in front of the building. No tour guide OR group was there.

Then, after speaking with the young woman (Chrissy) she stated sometimes the tour guides will walk earlier group goers up and down the street but “watch for groups”... Our entire group was there at 530 and there was no tour guide. Must have been walking others up and down the street.

Asinine service, gross customer relations, and they state they “investigated” the situation by “calling other customers to ask if our group was there”. I hope you choose one of the plethora of other ghost tours available. Office no longer takes my call requesting a refund for the service they did NOT provide. Now stating I am essentially lying.

We ended up with a different tour company, with a tour guide that was where they stated they would be.

Please reach out to a different ghost tour group.

I cannot tell you how absolutely upset I am at this company. This past weekend was my bachelorette party in Savanna Not only did the tour guide no show us - but they tried to tell us that we were late and that the tour guide attempted to look for us.
We waited at our location for over an hour circulating the entire building looking for anyone who may have been a guide. We tried to call the company over five times that night with no one to answer. We waited in the exact location that she told us to and still no one showed up for us.

We are trying to get a refund for this issue but now they are completely ignoring our calls and messages.

I can't believe that they can run a business like this. We even tried to be understanding about the situation - but at this point I am just so upset that they would ignore our calls and take our money.

Please find another tour company. There are plenty in Savanna - don't waste your time and money.

My partner and I had an amazing ghost hunting experience! I always bordered on the skeptic side and after we encountered a spirit who literally said I should believe and all the unexplainable things we saw on the tour, I truly now do! Definitely recommend booking a tour with them if you want an unforgettable experience.

The tour guide really didn’t seem to know much about the history of where they were taking us. Almost like she was making up past hauntings as she went along.
A thermometer shows red when something is warmer than the reference, ghosts are typically colder than the surrounding area.
The apps they have you download are scams as well.

Don't waste your time!! These people are very unprofessional...didn't even bother showing up but then had the nerve to say WE weren't there on time when we had arrived early. I'm so disappointed that we wasted our time and money. I highly reccomend Ghost City Tours instead!!! Our guide was not only fun but also very knowledgeable of the city!

Went on a tour there. The staff was very nice and informed. Really enjoyed the experience. This will stay in my memory for a long time. We got evps and some great pics. Thanks for the experience. Would truly recommend this tour if you are in the area or would like a truly remarkable haunting expeiences.
