We had the opportunity to spend the afternoon getting pampered, eating delicious food and tasting wonderful herbal teas all while enjoying each others company.
I was able to celebrate my birthday with my daughters and sisters at Seven Serenity Day Spa and Tea Cafe. They had a wonderful set up where we could all get pedicures, messages and facials while visiting and tasting delicious food and herbal teas.
Thank you to the whole staff who allowed us to have such a wonderful day. Victoria your place is amazing!!

Edit: (8/3/2019) I changed this from 5 to 4 stars because we had 2 couples massages in a row cancelled on us. The first one was short notice, so i can understand that. But the second one was not, so it was really disappointing. As a side note, i STILL love this place and will continue to go there. Victoria and her crew are awesome. Just need more dependable massage booking.

This place is awesome. I've gone in for 4 massages and Laura gave me the best massage I've ever had! Relaxing ambience, therapists you can trust, and a giant list of beautiful, well-sourced teas. I'll definitely continue to spend time at Seven Serenity. Victoria (the owner) personally massaged my wife and she specializes in special healing. She spent time to talk to us and make recommendations for new teas. Everyone is kind and we felt like family. Give em' a try. You'll love it.

Seven Serenity is amazing! I went for an hour massage and was so pleased with the service and quality. They do a great job of creating a relaxing atmosphere and make sure to communicate with you about your expectations and needs for the massage. The tea is also SO GOOD! You cannot go wrong with this place!

Best tea house in northern Utah! Victoria is very welcoming and so nice! All the teas are so amazing and yummy! Greatest sauna ever!! And the massages are amazing and so relaxing! Check it out and you won't be disappointed!

Seven serenity has an amazing atmosphere. I love it here. The tea is AMAZING. Seriously. They also have a cute little gift shop with authentic handmade gifts. So fun! I can't wait to come back and try some of their spa treatments and yoga!

I have come here for cranial sacral bodywork for myself and my two young boys. My baby's head was flat on one side and Victoria has worked on it twice now and it is rounding out quite nicely! My session was great too! I felt like a new woman after! I did the ionic foot bath as well one day and I felt great after! The water was brown after pulling out so many toxins from my feet! I can't wait to try to Bemer mat, Infrared sauna, and the other massage therapists! The tea is great too! I bought a couple of teas and a cup with a tea strainer and have been enjoying my teas daily!

Went to Seven Serenty today and had the best massage ever! I would highly recommend it! I also had a tea on the way out and it was amazing, so good I plan to go back and buy some to keep at the house. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, definitely a place I plan come back time and time as gain.

Was introduced to Seven Serenity through my friend’s mom and love coming here! It’s a very welcome and open atmosphere, and the employees are amazingly friendly and it’s easy to lose track of your stress while even just being in the lobby. The teas are delicious and very nicely priced, you definitely get what you pay for!
