Stopped in to get a quick lunch. They had just brought out fresh cooked cheesburgers and other items. what i got wasnot even edible. The cheese burger was so badly cooked i threw it away. 1st it smelled bad with out even opening it. 2nd tge bun was burnt and very wet. The meat patty was burnt inside and out, it was very hard. I hope Sheetz reads this, i will be sending them a message also.

If a buisness can not provide a quality experiance then they need to be shut down and let someone else who cares build their and serve the public !!

We were traveling and wanted a quick bite. We ordered a hotdog for each of us. They were both horrible! They were very small but the problem was the taste... it was terrible. Not sure what kind of hotdogs they were using or how they were cooking them but they need to change something. I tossed mine in the trash. They also had no water on the fountain machine. We like to water down our soda and were not able to. So disappointing.

3 bacon wraps took 17 mins, lady just had several orders just sitting on counter, one lady said she saw her bag sitting there and had to get her fries remade. Second time visiting a sheetz this one was the slowest.

In a world of negative reviews, mostly about PEOPLE that work here, not about the entire atmosphere of the store, I will leave something positive and in good English not bashing an entire crew for the stupidity of one or two.
This is my go to stop when traveling either for business, or personal back to NC, passing other Sheetz, as well as other restaurants and gas stations. The atmosphere here is always pleasant, food is always made to order without issue, and well, I am a happy customer!
Yes I am sure there are experiences that are the exception, but I wish people would use their head, and judgements to contact corporate, or customer care before bashing on here.

I’m not far off the highway and they have half-and-half as well is milk for the coffee. They did one out of breakfast this morning but the stuff is real friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Came back and couldn’t be slower with food. Dropped a star.
