I pass this farm so often I finally decided to stop and look around. It was getting dark so I didn’t have a lot of time. I enjoyed looking at some of the buildings although there are not many markers denoting the historical significance of this farm or its buildings. I think there’s one by the road but it would be nice for the self guided tourists to know about each building. I am also concerned for the structural integrity of some of the original buildings. If the farm is about preservation then I feel like there should be more done to save the structures from further damage due to natural elements. It is definitely a really neat place to walk around and see how life would have been so many years ago.

Interesting family farm going back several generations. We enjoyed their tour and bought some farm ground grits. Very friendly family operation. We found them through Harvest Host RV camping and had a lovely evening there.

Beautifully preserved history here. Love to stop here every time we're in the area. Grateful to whoever is involved in the upkeep. The kids enjoy this too. A very relaxing educational experience.

Went on a field trip to the farm in like 3rd grade and its really interesting to learn the history of my hometown!!! Very beautiful sceneries!!!!
