Challenging escape room (The Magician's Library) with a 21% escape rate. Our group of 8 went, and we finished in 50 minutes, with no clues. Most of us were first timers. It took us 30 minutes to solve the first puzzle and lock, but then things clicked and we did the other 3 puzzles in less than 20 min. I think these places are overpriced, but we got a Groupon deal that was $17 per person.

Do not purchase from this company! Definitely don't get the Groupon and I wouldn't book via the website either. They are potentially closed now, which Yelp claims they are, however there is no mention on their website or on their voicemail. If they are closed, they chose to allow Groupon to keep selling and people to keep booking online for nothing. If open, they have awful customer service. I have been trying to contact for almost two weeks now with zero response.

I purchased a Groupon for a group of 8 people from work.

Difficult to find

Run down & dirty building

They didn't accept the Groupon and I ended up paying out of pocket. Then when I tried to schedule another appointment for the Groupon, they never returned my calls or texts.

Just did the escape room today and it was fun and exciting. We got 8 second left and we got out. Great experience for everyone in my family. Highly recommend for a fun family night out.

They have great customer service and the room was so much fun ! We actually went on the wrong night and no one was there I emailed them and they were so kind to respond so quickly !! Its by appointment only and the front looks like it could be sketchy with only a small sign...lol...after playing the game the sign totally fits !! Can't wait to go again without the kids. We had 8 in our group but my husband wants to go with 4 for less so he can find more clues himself ! Best time in a long time you really have to work together. It would be a great team building experience as well. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time! The host was very nice and accommodating. We used a Groupon and it was very affordable. We did rooms 2 & 3 they were challenging but very fun. We highly recommend!

The owners were very kind and accomodating, especially time wise. There were several moderately difficult puzzles that our group of 5 worked on in teams. Overall super fun blue room! We escaped!

My family bought a Groupon deal for this escape room. We were 16 of us. In each room, they allow 8 people so we got two separate rooms at different times. And we were locked into a descent size room. Ours was the dragon room. There were several locks and keys that required to be open. You need to solve puzzle to figure out how to escape.

It was challenging but you do need to bring a thinking cap and positive attitude to get out.

We managed to escape.

Overall personal experience, room was a little hot. The bathrooms were dirty. And I think to set the mood the owner needs to decorate the entrance and do the introduction of the room through the TV or projector. She was going over the scene very fast. Lost track.

Anyways, it was an awesome experience so do go out and try out.
