I should have listened to the negative reviews, but my last stay at a Sleep Inn was fantastic so I just didn't expect this. The hotel was gross. The carpets were stained everywhere. It looked like it had never had a deep clean since it was built... and it got worse when you went into my room. There was hair all over the bathroom (I have photos). When I asked the front desk if I could get someone to vacuum she informed me that they don't vacuum bathrooms so I just had other people's pubes on the floor all weekend. There were multiple large burn holes in the carpet. The lamps were falling apart. The desk chair was actually broken. They replaced that for me with a less broken desk chair. I actually bought a $5 blanket at Walmart so I could cover the couch. It was that bad. Breakfast was...meh...I didn't think it would be the world's best breakfast but it was less than half of what the last Sleep Inn I stayed at had available. This was just a giant waste of money. I will never be back. You couldn't pay me to.

Pool isn't open. Supposedly for renovations. But nothing is being worked on. Fitness center also not open. "Hot" breakfast doesn't have eggs, toast, sausage, bacon. Please be advised. I called and asked about both and the man said yes to pool and breakfast. Only a waffle maker. I go to hotels for the pool. And I know him saying there was a pool is ok. Cuz there is a pool but I need to make sure I'm asking if the pool is functioning and I'm able to to get in it. Because he wasn't lying saying there was a pool cuz there was a pool just closed for "renovations" which is bs. But good rate and the bed is great with 5 pillows and the sheets are super soft and comfy and there's a comforter too. Very nice.

There were some stains in the carpet that looked like motor oil and some of the furniture had water damage, but the staff were amazing, so helpful and nice. I did not meet one staff member there that was not friendly. The staff is what really pulled it off for me at the other stuff not been there I would have gave the hotel at 10.

We have stayed in other sleep inns and they were reasonably nice for the price but this is the worst hotel that I did not walk out on as soon as we saw the room due to our previous plans. Other than a decent mattress and the polite staff everything was terrible, worn and painted badly, pictures missing, fire suppression hanging from the ceiling, cracked sink, missing light bulbs, but the worst was The moldy smell which we learned in the morning was likely due to the AC unit dripping water into the room and soaking the carpet. There was more but I think you get the idea do not stay here, I will be reaching out to the comfort organization asking for a refund, we did not stay the second night and have moved to a different hotel.

The whole front of the building smelled like Marijuana as soon as we got out of the car. That's not altogether uncommon, but to that extent was surprising.
I walked in and went to the counter. Nobody there. No bell to ring or anything. Stood around for a little bit, cleared my throat, tried to make a little noise. Finally had to knock on employee only door. Some lady comes out with a mouth full of food and says, "I thought I heard someone out here." Well, if that's the case, why don't you come out here and do your job.
I started to tell her, "I have a reservation for.." and she interrupted me to go, "Name?" Alright then.
Got me checked in and gave me a key. Headed up to our floor and got off the elevator to hear lots of loud voices coming from a couple rooms and smell the marijuana smell even stronger. Head down the hallway to our room number, and the door to the room is wide open with an office chair sitting in the doorway.
Go back down to the lobby, and she's gone again. Knock on the door, nothing. Yell, "Ma'am?" Nothing. Have to knock on the door again louder, and she finally comes back out. I tell her we want a different room because ours is just wide open. She makes a face and says, "They're supposed to tell us when they're working on something." My husband then asks, "Could we please be on a different floor?" She says nothing and sets about re-programming our keys. She then hands them back in the little sleeve thing and we start walking back towards the elevator. Look down, and she's given us the room 1 or 2 doors down from the first one. Didn't care to fight with her about it. Go up to our new room, and the bedside table is pulled out a couple of feet from the wall, half-blocking the bed. We note that that is weird and scoot it back. Then when we go to lay down and turn off the lamp, the switch is broken off, and it can only be turned off by unplugging it. Which now explains why the stupid table was so far out from the wall when we got there. And also shows that they know it's broken, and they just dont care to address it.
Dumpy place with terrible customer service. Absolutely would never stay again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Acceptable for a night, but definitely in need of a renovation. Carpets were dinghy. No real breakfast - frozen biscuits, packaged muffins and danish, water bottles and some fruit. All amenities were out of order - ice machine, pool, fitness room. Bed in room had a jutted out piece I hit my lower shin on multiple times.

The room was okay although it had an odor when we first walked in. Bed was comfortable. The hallway to the room smelled and looked dirty. Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee was okay, not real good but adequate. Yogurt would have been nice. We would stay here again but would do some looking around at other hotels before booking.
