Stopped in for a quick bite...waited about 5 minutes to place the order. Watched the progress and then saw it was on it's way...except it never showed up. Employee says they gave the order to another car? They remade everything, but I would've thought that a discount would be appropriate for the extra wait.

Pressed the button, got no response. After 5 minutes went through drive thru. Took almost 10 minutes for me to get my food. One girl wasn't even doing anything, just standing there. Time was 9pm and I was the only car, none of this should have happened

Me and my partner just ordered 2 cheesecake shakes from this location 20 or so minutes ago. Both of which looked and smelled fine, but when beginning to drink we immediately noticed, in my partner's words a "Sour-y vomit-y tasting mold.". Extremely concerning as the taste of my drink also heavily reminded me of the smell of mold. The store being close to closing time does not excuse staff from ensuring that I'm not eating a moldy cheesecake mix.

Fast service and accurate orders. Wasn't a fan of the strawberry shortcake slush float but I do love the other drinks and definitely fan of the fresh pretzel twist.

24.00 plus change onion rings used to be delicious these we're old and looked burnt. Ordered a large maybe 6 in the pack. Burgers we're good. Going out is disappointing anymore.

Gave me room temperature footlongs then had the nerve to argue me that the hotdog isn't just pork its beef and pork.. what does that have to do with you being lazy as a manager? Then they remake them.. lol, over cooked and shriveled? Pictures and videos to corporate hopefully I can get answers. Sad that it's like this almost every visit no matter what you order. Messed up. Probably have a better time at a Diddy party fr.

Tried to order however between having no bananas for a shake, no mozzarella sticks, and the attitude on whoever was taking our order on 12/15/2024 at 1:30 we will not be back.
