Nice, very well maintained, clean. Life guards are everywhere I love it. No rough playing or they are stopped. Those that are aware that you can not go in with out a parent 16 and under, when I arrived with my grandson a mark was put on my hand I thought to myself why, but when we was leaving I was stopped at gate they wanted to see my mark, she said #1 I had 1 child, so I ask what that was all about, Well when you come in the parent has so many kids, that number is put on your hand, when you leave you have to have that number of kids leaving with you, to stop parents from dropping off those kids .10 plusfor that to be enforce, I love it. Great place to go in Decatur I will go back.

My family of 6 have had season passes for the 3 years they've been open. Very safe. The lifeguards are very thorough & attentive. They never hesitate in an emergency or accident. Staff don't bother about my special needs daughter needing her cooler for her tube feeding supplies & medication. Clean facility. I'm thankful precautionary measures are taken and rules are enforced. It keeps the place safe and fun!

This is a great water park, in my opinion. Took my 7 year old. The lifeguards were all very thorough and did a fantastic job at keeping an eye on things. I really cannot say enough about the staff, that I observed. Clean,nice,SAFE, and fun. Will be back for sure.

Love taking my grandkids to splash Cove, however, I would be very careful using your debit card at the concession stand. Two weeks ago when we were there my purchase came to $11 and my card was charged for $25. When I called about a refund I was told they would process it and they still have not done it. That was 2 weeks ago! it’s clear they don’t care that someone stole from a customer.
But for the water park itself- it’s awesome

Such a disappointment !!! The special needs time was cut short because someone else had an acciendent. Made us sit out majority of our time there!! Also didn't know but they kick all of the special needs kids out at 11:15 am and make you pay again to get back in! So plan to wait in your car until 12 pm! We went to the Sunset inn! We won't be back at the special needs time! They need to not give a special discount and just charge us full price and let us stay!!! We thought they were doing something nice. What a shame! Ugh Splash Cove ? the lazy river wasn't open, concession stand doesn't open until 11:30 so unless your kid is diabetic you can't bring food or drinks in. Water wasn't very warm! Ugh

This place is so much fun food good staff friendly. Waterpark was easy to get to. Very safe lifeguards trained well. We had so much fun great place to bring family.

By far the best water park in Central Illinois!!! Place is meticulously clean, very well-managed, very good staff, excellent and plenty of lifeguards. Really nice laid out water park lots of fun with playground, miniature golf next door

Enjoyed this awesome water park....loved the lazy river. Very disappointed we could not bring in our own snacks. Website needs better instructions on bringing in a container for water. You CAN bring one in it just needs to be empty. There are water stations you can fill up your water bottle but the water is not cold.....very undesirable as it is lukewarm. Also very expensive with different prices for each activity you chose to do.
