If you have a large, medium or small event, they will not just deliver but excel. This is who you want by your side on an important date. Shaday did an extraordinary job at my daughter’s school. She helped me plan an entire international night event. She came to see the school and provide her ideas on how we should decorate the spaces. She came hours before the event and was able to deliver everything right on time.

She provided her services at a symbolic price since it is a school event and covered all the materials needed.

I’ve used her services for many occasions (birthday, baby shower…) Her prices are unbeatable too !

I hired S&S for my outdoor Spring wedding. The actual rental items were in good condition and the price was definitely affordable! However, the customer service experience was absolutely unprofessional. This is a list of issues we experienced:

1. The delivery truck driver hit a part of the fence at our venue. When we discussed it with the owner, she became rude, defensive, and tried to claim it didn't happen (even though there were 3 witnesses present).
2. There was miscommunication in which I specified that I wanted the draping that covers the metal poles of the tent. She assured me it was added into the invoice---on the set up day, they did not deliver it because she claimed we did not discuss it.
3. The owner lied about how long her set-up crew stayed to put the tent together (this is unnecessary and unprofessional).
4. They didn't deliver the tablecloths or have the tent completely set up. My sister and I had to wait over an hour for them to fix the draping on the tent ceiling and deliver the tablecloths ALL the rental items were supposed to be delivered May 31 but were not.
5. I reached out to the owner to ask about what time they were going to arrive to set up. She assured me she would send out a set-up schedule two weeks before the wedding. To this day, she never actually sent it and was extremely rude to my fiance when he also reached out to ask. 1-2 days before the wedding she texted us what time she would arrive (still no official schedule). The only reason this is so frustrating is because of how much work weddings are ---especially in creating timelines. Knowing her arrival time before/after the wedding were extremely important details

Overall, this woman seems super busy and is taking too much on her plate to be able to deliver quality customer service. I would say tread carefully. Be smart if you do decide to work with S&S.

Shaday recently did the decor for my son’s graduation party and it was beautiful! This is my second time I’ve worked with her. She always comes through, is creative and professional, and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her!

Shaday and her team did a fantastic stage decor for my daughter’s Holy communion. She is very punctual and made sure of all our detailed requests. You can blindly trust her with elegant and neat work done. Would totally recommend her.
