The location of the hotel was good, just a short walk to local restaurants and bars. Parking was easy, although there was a charge. The room size was adequate with good kitchen facilities but the bathroom was slightly small and the shower not too powerful. We enjoyed the free social drinks on Mondays to Wednesdays and were impressed with the free breakfast.

Kimberly, at the front desk, went above and beyond expectations when I called her about an item my wife forgot. I'd give her 10/5 stars (yes, 2x the max) if possible. I hope her supervisors/bosses, see this review and reward her properly.

I recently completed a thirteen-day stay at Staybridge Suites Montgomery Downtown. According to the hotel’s “Guaranteed Clean” policy, rooms are to receive light daily cleanings and a deep cleaning on the seventh day. However, by day ten, my room had yet to be cleaned. The sheets had not been changed, the toilet seat and shower showed visible grime, the floors had not been swept, and the bath soap dispensers were completely empty. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room was inoperable, resulting in the spoilage of all my food items.

When I raised these concerns with the front desk, I was told the manager would be notified, but the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. Later, someone did arrive to change the sheets and replenish towels, but the overall condition of the room remained unacceptable.

As a loyal guest who frequently stays at IHG properties, I have come to expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service. This experience fell far short of those expectations. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to basic hospitality standards and the disregard for guest experience. I urge your team to address these issues and ensure that future guests receive the quality of service your brand promises.

The breakfast was great! Even my youngest most pickiest eater loved it. We Checked in late that night and whoever was working the front desk that evening (I can’t remember her name) was so friendly!

My family (including our 2 dogs) highly enjoyed our stay at the Montgomery Staybridge! The rooms were very NICE and CLEAN! The staff was friendly, helpful, and must have been doing their job with pride because they had the place looking well kept and it had a great vibe/atmosphere. The crew that was taking care of the breakfast kept the items refilled and area clean.
We had not planned to stay in Montgomery but our vehicle
broke down in the middle of the night. Thankfully we happened to be close enough to this pet friendly hotel to limp in. Thank goodness it was this comfortable and pleasant place to stay because it was definitely a positive highlight that made all the difference amongst a string of bad circumstances.
I loved that we could walk to restaurants and activities. The hotel and the city/university had a lot of areas that seemed to welcome pets and to help those with them keep the city clean by having pet bag and trash stations in many areas.
Our daughter loved the pool and we enjoyed swimming at night and sitting by the fire pit.
