Athens Stretch Zone has been such a game changer for my daily well-being. Their Team is friendly and highly competent. Samantha T is a God-send, and her light and positive personality make you feel comfortable while she guides you through the stretching process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so much fun to work with! I always look forward to my weekly stretch sessions, it is well worth it and the results are long-lasting. 10/10 would recommend?

I recently went to Stretch Zone in Athens, GA and I felt the need to write a review for those of you who might be thinking about it but are on the fence! I’ve seen Dylan several times now and is really helping me achieve my goals — it is awesome!

First off, I recently had a MVA and I’ve been having pain and soreness bilaterally in my hips and shoulders. I’ve also had neck pain and lower back pain with spasms in my legs which affects the quality and duration of my sleep.

After the first visit, I slept through the entire night without pain, soreness or leg spasms. Additionally, I’ve noticed that my range of motion, flexibility, mobility and balance are better since starting. I’ve found myself much more eager to attack the day with less stiffness and I look forward to my stretch sessions.
