BEWARE!!
I had a horrible experience renting apartment unit 6R. The water leak from above apartment damaged the ceiling and floors and we were displaced from apartment. Amidst all that drama, just 10 days before my lease renewal, the landlord asked a 25% increase in rent and asked us to leave the apartment if we were not ok with the rent increase. Imagine a broken apartment that needs a fix and the landlord's focus is to get more money. I had to involve a lawyer to come out of that situation. My wife was due in two months but we left that place, it was that much torture.

Building staff is good and easy commute to NYC. Management is bad.

I've not had air conditioning all summer and my landlord is telling me to move and break my lease when all I've asked is to repair the situation like he promised. There is also a serious trash and waterbed issue on the lower floors that the building tries to keep underwraps.

How can you allow dogs and they have to say what breed is allowed or not? does that apply to humans as well what race is accepted? what sexuality is acceptable..
I honestly believe that the lease& Co-op board has a very one sided agenda.
I am very dissapointed with the entire management and how unprofessional the office is..
Have you seen them trying to communicate with someone who speaks little english? Run for the translator because there is no such thing as a courteous customer rep. there on site.

These people are crooks. They would try and steal someone's apartment if they pass away or any other situation where the apartment is un attended for medical reasons and would prevent the apartment owner to sell it to anyone so they can keep it. These people would have to select you to live there. Basically rich people.
