El dueño de el lugar es un grosero ? le reclamas algo y te cierra la ventana en la cara y aveces por ahorrar unos dolares el mismo ase la limpieza tengan cuidado pueden agarrar una infección grave en ese lugar y es extraño por que he hido a otros hotel 8 y la atención al cliente es excelente pero este lugar es pésimo mejor paga un poco más y no te arriesges

Honestly, the one positive was the location. Downhill from that point on. Rooms smelt funny. After the first night, two of my co-workers were bitten by bed bugs. Not only did the Super 8 deny the bed bugs were a problem, they stalled for two days. After they had the two rooms gutted ,still not refunding our $. We paid a week in advance. In the end, the management/owners swindled $900 in rooms we never occupied. Motel 6, 3 miles away from this location is a night and day difference. My opinion either remodel this whole building and every room or it should be condemned.

It was the company I work for, it was their money. Which you delayed two days. Only to not refund the days we did not stay. Honestly, repeat business (customers) is the key to a successful business. When you prioritize short term gain over conducting business appropriately, you lose repeat customers. As you just lost 10 guests. Who will never stay at that awful place.

1. My experience at the hotel was quite distressing. The pillows were damp, and the room was permeated with a musty odor. The beds offered little comfort, and the overall appearance of the rooms was dilapidated, reminiscent of a setting from a horror film. I inadvertently left a valuable item behind and contacted the manager, who promised to return my call but ultimately did not. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

If you enjoy ants, a non-existent breakfast, despite the fact that the description online said there was one, a very noise heat/ac unit, and cigarette burns on a bedspread in a non-smoking facility, this is the place for you. Other hotels/motels, even a Motel 6, would be a better option. The desk clerk at check-in was very pleasant, and that was truly the high point of this hotel stay. It’s a never-again for us. Photos show ants on the ice bucket tray which we never used, and there were ants in the bathroom. The photo of the sign on the lobby door was taken in broad daylight. It was 7:45 am. Where was breakfast? We were told that they have go-bags. Can’t have go-bags if there’s a locked lobby.

My company book this nasty hotel I can’t change it charge me double not worth of $$ to stay too much noisy next too free way microwave not working and fridge is too noisy middle of my sleep I wake up To turn this shit bed is ok not too much bugs I am at room 322. Late night guy get angry when I show up at 12:00am because it’s pre book room and my company tell them I come between 12:00 to 1:00am can’t access to lobby at night no breakfast false advertising company already paid for room they still get hold $150 from my card if I damage something or steel the bastard night guy told me and say if I don’t give my card he canceled the booking and return the money to company at that time I don’t have any other choice to stay but guys trust me don’t come here in night he don’t open the door told me go back of the building at swimming pool area door is unlocked come from there then go to your room it’s 3rd floor. Location is very good only thing I like stafff is not friendly

Bad motel with bad attitude, especially the customer service in the bottom in the lobby. He’s super bad, not respectful. I don’t recommend it to anybody specially with the family.

Spent a 3 Day ‘Scrapbook Crop’ sponsored by “Retreats by Ginny” Event held a “It’s all about Scrapbook” Store’s Center❣️ Super 8 by Wyndham in Dixon, CA is always accommodating, best prices, soent 2 nights~ Only 4 stars for a few ants in bathroom, not a big deal~ foid in fridge or microwave anyway. I enjoyed the quiet, SHOWERS, TV and sleep. Felt safe. No breakfast since Covid, but a breakfast bag offered of apple juice and granola bar. Very nice front desk. Totally worth the accomodation!
