I was traveling through the area and while I like Wyndhams I realize super 8 is at the low end. I had booked a non smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. They changed it when I insisted OK. None of the outside doors locked. Anyone could walk into the place. There were woman’s underwater hanging in the room when I checked in. There was a hole in the screen the size of my fist. The ice Machine was broken and the vending machines were empty. Breakfast options were only Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops. The coffee was stone cold at 7:00AM. When my wife tried to use the hair dryer smoke and sparks came out. when I told them they said that they already knew. I stayed in a Super 8 in Santa Clarita CA and it was great. Never again.

My family and I stayed in the exact same room as we did last year this time. Nothing has been fixed. The door chain still broke, no outlets hold a plug, exterior doors don't lock.

Great guest services at the front desk
Got a handicap accessible room on the first floor
Extremely clean room
Nice air conditioner. Super nice air conditioner
Unfortunately their ice machine does nott work
They don't have a swimming pool
And their vending machine is empty, I'm guessing it doesn't work
Does have a nice office/business area computer for the guest
And they offer smoking rooms

I didn't actually stay. I tried to cancel my reservation but I was passed the 24hr grace period. So, they charged me full price for canceling and I slept at home. Maybe I'm acting privileged bit I won't be making any more reservation s with them again

I've stayed here several times. On my visit before last, I swore never again. There must be new management. The couple was very friendly and helpful. This visit was good. Breakfast was nothing special, but everything worked in the room, and it was clean

I asked for a refund and was denied. I will be calling in and trying to shut this establishment down to prevent any human from wasting their money at this hell hole.

Super 8 and Expedia need to step in and close this place down

Holy moly. I’ve been to a bunch of pretty terrible hotels but this one takes the cake. We had to stay in Paris for some work going on in town and thought the super 8 might be at least semi decent. We got two rooms for a week and these rooms were absolutely terrible. The shower ceiling was literally caving in, one of the doors was just hanging off the frame, windows patched with black duct tape, the toilet bowl didn’t even flush. We had to take the lid off and pull the plug by hand, and the patch work on the shower head. It was screwed in with a grocery sack as a seal. So the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom during the shower. ||Next, we stayed across from room 203 who was visited by almost every male guest the hotel received that week. Not sure what they were doing but they had a lot of foot traffic. ||To cap it all off the staff was rude and very judgmental. They wouldn’t replace towels. Didn’t set out the breakfast. It was just a night mare. ||Don’t waste your money. Stay at the roadside right on the other side. This is what you can expect.
