The rooms were clean, and friendly staff. Not the best breakfast, just cereal and coffee. There were a couple of broken chairs in room but otherwise decent. It would be helpful to fix the fan noise in the bathroom. I would stay here again. They have rehabbed most of the hotel.

Positive: I liked that they are working on rehabilitating the property. Negative: Minor cosmetic things like the bathroom fan was extremely loud, the handicap rail in shower was showing half a bolt hanging out but placed on firmly. There were two broken chairs in our room. The breakfast was only offering cereal, orange, and banana.

I stayed 4 nights here. The room was clean as were the sheets/blanket. The management was quick to address the one issue with no hot water from the sink which was just a closed valve. Clean towels were provided every day and garbage was removed. Each day I was asked if anything needed cleaning and if I needed anything. The owners are on site and very friendly.
The one down side was the location. It’s on the edge of town and there isn’t much around. I don’t do breakfast so I can’t say.
There is no smoking in any of the rooms but there is a smoking area outside under cover. No pets are allowed.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay and, if I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is not the fanciest hotel but the room was clean and comfortable. The bedding was clean and mattress and pillows were comfortable. We were there when temperature was 15 below zero but the room heater kept us warm. Our car started fine except for the last day when it was 36 above zero. The night manager jump started our battery. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I would have given this establishment a 5 star rating if the breakfast offered more choices. All in all a good place to stay and will return.

Breakfast was lacking. Cold cereal and apples.
Common areas are old/worn out.
Front desk person was barefooted.
Refused to switch our room to a 2 bed room, despite us being the only car in the lot. Our son had to sleep on the floor that night. I offered to pay the difference if that was the problem, and still no.
Blankets were very thin.
Streaks of some sort of liquid running down the wall with chunk of something in it (food). Disgusting!
Outdoor area had cigarette butts all over by the door and in random empty flower pots sitting all over. Dead decaying bird near the main lobby door.
If this wasn’t the only place in town, we would have left.

It’s a Super 8, so don’t be expecting the Ritz. The positive sides are that the staff was ok. The room was on the larger side, and the water was hot. I didn’t try any breakfast they offered in the morning. The location was convenient to where I was going for a work assignment. The negative side was that it was very loud there with the people staying there long term talking loud and their kids running the hallway. Paper thin walls, no blankets, and refrigerator didn’t get very cold. I didn’t sleep on the bed so I can’t speak about comfort. I brought my own bedding and slept on sofa in the room. I wouldn’t go back, but it could have been worse.
