Muy limpio todo las habitaciones estan como se muestran en fotos .
Haz mencion que viste precio en la aplicacion google map y respetan el precio. Porque al llegar nos querian dar la habitacion en costo mas alto al indicado. Mencionamos la app de google y la respeto.pero todo bien

The room was a great price.
The sheets were clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable.
They have a vending area with snacks.
Breakfast included waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee & milk.
There isn't an elevator.
The hallways smelled like weed, but the room smelled fine.
It's not fancy.
There is a larger parking lot in front of the hotel for vehicles pulling trailers.

We booked a one night stay. There was a stained fabric rocker in the unit. I would suggest a metal/vinyl chair as it would be a lot easier to keep clean. We pulled back the blanket to find a cigarette hole in the sheets. The hair dryer came off the wall when my husband gently bumped it. The room smelled musty. Bathroom towels were thin and tiny for large people. The garbage can outside the hotel was full and we informed the front desk staff upon check in. The shower curtain had black and pink mold on it. I wondered when the last time was that it had been changed. Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay. We regret not paying $20 more and staying at The Quality Inn across the street. We will not be returning. We stayed here a week earlier in a different unit and it was a little better experience, but still a definite no on a third stay. I took photos of the shower curtain and cigarette hole in sheets, but am unable to post them.

Positive: It was clean Negative: The tv did not work (just kept saying no signal) & the phone did not work to call the front desk (it was completely dead with no dial tone & the toilet kept running so we had to turn off the water to the toilet to keep it quiet. It was too late to change.

My family moved from Salem in 2016 and the Super 8 has been our choice for lodging anytime we are in Salem. We have never had any complaints about the establishment until our last 3 visits but especially with our visit this past weekend. Super 8 had always been a great choice...affordable rates, free wifi, clean, quiet, and small but good breakfast especially the waffles my favorite. We learned that it was under new ownership/management and it shows. When we entered our room, it was muggy and warm. When we entered the bathroom, there was no toilet paper no clean towels and it did not appear clean. The bathroom looked like it was left in the same condition from their last visitor. Our kids used the bathroom and couldn't flush and after inspection...the water had been turned off to the toilet. The beds were made but the white linens were stained and there were crumbs in the bed. The floors needed a good vacuuming. There breakfast was also shortened by 2 hours and there is less breakfast options. The waffles that I looked forward to were no more. Either they are using a new mix or have watered in down so much that our son mistook it for a cup of milk. I cooked it twice and it never cooked thoroughly. The parking lot used to be full but that is no longer the case. It is sad to see the quick decline of our beloved Super 8. We have decided to take our lodging of any future trips elsewhere. I hope they change their ways in time to save their investment.
