I love this property. This staff was polite and courteous. The property is neat and we enjoy the included continental breaky. The location is convenient with an affordable diner just down the road for meals with excellent food and awesome bang for your huck for seafood and ice cream. Way more affordable than the beachfront , so the ten minute drive inland is very worth it. Awesome place to stay.

The room we stayed in was decent. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, cool paintings in the wall.

The air conditioner was a little noisy. Also the floors are very thin, I could hear someone walking around the room above us throughout most of the night. The door that leads outside was also pretty loud when people would come in and out. (However, I am a light sleeper.)

Rooms are business like, clean. TV in my room is a large flat screen. There is coin op laundry available and a few vending machines. There is no iron or ironing board in this room, however the hotel appears to have a clothes cleaning service. Access to local beaches and 95 is quick and painless. I would recommend this location and would stay here again!

This hotel is in Sanford, directly across the road from the Sanford airport runway, in front of the Walmart parking lot, about 20 miles inland from Kennebunkport. It should not be billed as being in the Kennebunkport area. It is overpriced for the location. Facilities are clean but somewhat run down. Beds are just OK. Fixtures are cheap. For example, there is no separate light in the bathroom. There is not even a light over the bathroom mirror. The mirror IS the light, and it's warped plastic. ||The breakfast orange juice is best described as orange water. The waffle maker timer did not work. Cooking waffles had to be manually timed.||There were people walking in the hallways without any apparent reason other than that they were family members of the manager. Possibly they are cheap labor.||The place has an overall creepy feel. You get the impression that the management doesn't trust you and is concerned only with taking your money.

Das Zimmer war wirklich gut, Ausstattung typisch amerikanisch. Alles in gutem zustand und die Ausstattung war ordentlich. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle plus Kaffeekocher auf dem Zimmer. Alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß entfernt ist ein Walmart, was sehr gut ist. Das personal war sehr freundlich. Nur das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher vom Angebot sein, ist aber soweit akzeptabel. Das Motel war leise und erholsamer Schlaf garantiert, denn die Betten sind sehr gut. W-Lan ist frei und es gibt einen Wäscheservice.

Keeping in mind that this is a Super 8, good value for the money. Room was decently sized, furniture newer and in better condition than expectations. Beds were quite comfortable and bedding was real (not the typical yellow scratchy blanket). Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Spent three nights in December, during a snowstorm. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Every day, the lot was cleared and easily accessible. Did not eat the breakfast because of prior arrangements. We were a part of a larger group staying at the motel and all seemed very please with their accommodations.

I gave 5 🌟, because the room was very clean and nice. The only problem I had was the people above my room were loud and stomping when they walked across the floor, my ceiling, called the front desk twice. The noise went on into the early morning (4am). Didn't get much sleep. I recommend a room on the top floor next time.
