I've been bowling here since they first opened back in the 1990's. I know there is new owners since then, and I sure do miss Kim and her family running the place. Still the new owners are doing a great job, and I look forward to seeing them get to the level of excellence that only comes with experience.

They for some reason they couldn’t get us together even though we showed up when they opened. They could get us on 2 and 6. Because they skipped around on lanes I guess. Half of us just decided to not play and just watch so we could sit together. Not to mention they showed up 20 minutes late to open the alley. Our lanes messed up and wouldn’t reload or had less pins 7 times.
If you’re going to go do yourself a favor and go to Cabot it’s just a little further and much much better!

Needs a major update on equipment and amenities. I recommend going to Cabot for big parties, more options, and space. Unfortunately, my advice is just to go to Cabot. We were a group of 7 and we had several instances with glitches that would switch players scores, windows would reset randomly and not keep accurate scores, we would have missing pins, and they had to reset our pins two or three times before finally moving us to another lane. I appreciate their pricing and the attempt for a fun space in Searcy; they were responsive about our situation and moved our lane, but we really wanted to have fun and we also wanted food, which was not available (only candy, chips, and drinks). I hope they can figure out their glitches and maybe try again! I’m all for Searcy having a fun space to bowl!

I called up there to do a birthday party for my 7 yr old son so I booked it. The day of party I called to see if everything was still going as plan they told me yes. Asked if I needed to come earlier to help decorate they proceeded to tell me don’t worry the staff will take care of it. Go up there 5 mins before the party starts and nothing is setup! A staff member said no one told him about this. I rushed around asking for everything included in this package deal to set things up. No balloons nothing! I spent over 200.00 dollars. This was an embarrassment! I was livid. Then after I set everything up the other staff member came up to me and we had to move. This wasn’t professional at all!!!

Really showing it's age. The prices are reasonable. Some of the shoe rentals were in need of replacement. The kids had a good time. The lane we had seemed to slope slightly left, it wasn't an issue since it was a family outing and we aren't super competitive. It was clean and it's a family friendly activity in a town with limited entertainment.

We went there on 6/18/22. The air conditioning was broken. We swapped lanes 4 times, due to dropping pins or just completely freezing up. Ended up finishing our game on the 4th lane which still had problems. Do not plan on being a repeat customer.
