I stopped by Symposium Coffee and met up with a friend it was the perfect spot to catch up. I tried their special Brown Sugar Cardamom Latte, and it was absolutely amazing! Smooth, rich, and perfectly sweet. It’s one of those drinks you just have to experience for yourself. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

This little gem is amazing. Their coffee selections is tasty and full body flavor, not to mention their selection of perfectly handcrafted bourbon and gin lattes. They also have pastries and delicious cream cheese with bagels. 10/10 would recommend.
They have several sitting options, some areas more cozy than others. The atmosphere and esthetic are welcoming and beautiful. They have several paintings and other merchandise for sale. Outside the establishment is a small outdoor museum with historical information on the town. And let's not forget their customer service is top tier.

This coffee shop checks all the boxes! The service was warm and friendly, and their lavender coffee was absolutely amazing—smooth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The space itself is cozy yet open, with high ceilings and plenty of seating, making it a great spot to relax or get work done.

Parking is convenient, with 2-hour street parking and a public parking lot right behind the shop. Their menu offers a nice variety, from small breakfast items like bagels and PB sandwiches to delicious pastries. They also have their own merchandise, including mugs, shirts, and hats, which is a nice touch.

A great place to enjoy coffee, grab a bite, and soak in the welcoming atmosphere!

Really cute coffee shop but we ordered breakfast and it was pretty disappointing. The bread on avocado toast was chewy and the avocado tasted like the premade guacamole packets from the grocery store. The bagel sandwich was also an odd combo of flavors. Overall, not our favorite but might’ve been an off day.

Customer service was just okay, We ordered two iced matches, my friend got hers with black berry syrup and she couldn’t taste it or see it. They were stingy with the matcha and it was basically a room temperature cup of milk. (See color in photos) Would not come back.
