You must pre-purchase tickets in advance on their website. You get 2.5 hours to do as many courses as you like. The courses are ranked just like ski slopes (green, blue, black). If you don't cheat (holding onto your pulley line) black is hard! Time flies by fast, and it will be over before you know it.

If you have little ones best for an adult to be in front and either an older child or another adult behind the little one. The main reason why you will want an adult in front is because if your small kid is light say under 45 pounds they don't always make it all the way to the end of the Zipline and an adult can reach out and grab their harness. Also, other zip lines they head to the end full speed and if you help stop them it will avoid a crying child because they rammed into the net full force.

We all had super fun, ages 6, 12, 14, and 50.

I booked reservations technically in the off season (beginning on May). It was a wonderful experience, the longest we were on an Obstacle was about give or take 30 minutes . I believe the only reason for that was it was the first one you get to after they show you the rules and how to use your equipment. THIS IS MORE THAN zip line experience it so much more. it’s well worth the stop and money for experiences. I would recommend wear boots or something with good grip if it’s snowing or raining. My wife and I wore sneakers and out feet got wet and slipped on some of the obstacles. Definitely wear gloves or the gloves they sell at check in to help not getting rope burn. Can’t wait to be back!

What a fabulous time! This is a well organized, creative, supportive ropes course. The staff are next level; they're knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. The ability to choose our own adventure and level of difficulty was the best part. Initially I didn't want to do the difficult courses, but I worked my way up and completed all courses in the time allotted with a few repeats on favorite courses. We visited on a weekday. We expected it to be fun, but it exceeded our expectations.

My family and I did this for my son's 7 birthday and we loved it! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient. They had challenging courses and easy courses that were both fun! All four of us would definitely recommend this place for zip-lining and go back again. Thank you staff for making our trip enjoyable.

This place is great! I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to participate with my kids as I have mobility limitations but there are different difficulty levels of courses you can choose from. I think the price was great for the amount of time you get to explore the courses and the employees are situated all throughout the property if you need assistance or have questions. I do recommend wearing comfy tennis shoes and bringing a big bottle of water. There is a drinking fountain in the middle of the courses if you need to fill up or take a breather. Kids and hubby and I loved it. Would definitely recommend, they go by reservations however my family was lucky enough to make same day reservations. Hope this helps!

Very nice place, cool, helpful employees. My kids and husband had a blast. You have about 2 1/2 h. You can switch whatever level of difficulty you desire. If you get tired, you can choose an easy course, or you go up on a more challenging one. They have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to challenge everyone. For the advance one you have to meet a required height. 5-12 years old are considered kids($50), and 13 -up are charged as adults ($60). I will suggest that you bring your water. They have water stations(plastic containers), but is frozen on winter time. Bring your jacket but consider layering. Soon you'll sweat. We been on November 21st.and it was perfect. Definitely looking forward to come back! You must make a reservation, it gets crowded.

Very fun place for both adults and kids! You may book and pay for the ticket on its web, and sign the waiver. And then heading to this place for fun about 3 hours! There are many ropeways to choose from easy to difficult level. The green one is the easy one, the orange is medium, the blue and the black one are difficult. Suggest to try from the green one if you never try before. Kids are assembled at the place opposite to the check-in table, the adults assembled at the high wood wall. Then the stuff will show you how to wear harness and how to use cords and buckles. After that you are free to start your adventure. There will be a stuff almost at each area for help. So please feel free to ask for help if you feel uncomfortable with any activity. Besides, the bathroom is a little bit far from the Treetop.
