First time having tea here to catch up with a friend and it was wonderful! Kip, the owner was very friendly and inviting. Her staff was also great and service was attentive and our waters and tea were always full and steaming hot. We loved the raspberry tea with sugar cubes. The lemon chicken orzo as well as the tiered finger foods were all delicious. Also loved that tea time started out with a prayer and the tea room also has a very nice prayer room you can enjoy. Tea is $35/person and you do need to book ahead of time as well as put down a deposit. Overall, I would come back to celebrate a special occasion. Would recommend.

We came to celebrate our Nana's birthday and our new friends including Ms Kip herself made the occasion that much more special! The food, the atmosphere and the service we would rate 10 stars if it were an option! Already planning our next visit and making sure all of our friends and family know about this wonderful place!

Lovely place to enjoy tea with friends. Owner and staff very friendly. Atmosphere is cute. Not too noisy. They have clean restrooms, a prayer room, and a little gift shop.

I took my Mom their for her 80th birthday. They had a Steel Magnolia theme tea. Games and prizes. The food was outstanding. The owner was so kind and funny. Bathrooms were handicap accessible. The service by Claire was impeccable. Highly recommend for a sorority or girls club. Or just to go with family.

We had a wonderful time at Tea with Kip! When we walked in, it was like stepping into an English Tea Room. Simply beautiful and elegant. The food was presented in a lovely way and delicious. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we have reservations for November. Highly recommend!

What a great hidden gem! We had an amazing experience today celebrating a birthday with a proper tea. Kip and staff were all so friendly, and treated us like family. The kids were given hot chocolate and their own selection of kid-friendly foods. The tea for February was strawberry chocolate and it was beyond delicious. All the food selections were so good (I forgot to get a picture of the lemon orzo soup, but that was delicious, too). Everyone left happy and full, and we can't wait to go back. They have a cute little gift shop, too. I can't recommend this place enough.

Kip is just the sweetest lady and her Tea Room is so beautiful! She welcomes everyone and makes you feel right at home. Everything was so delicious! Very reasonably priced.
