My adult son and grandson loved the park. I was the picture taker. It was great seeing them have a great time. We did the whole adventure. It took about 3 hrs to do all of it. Staff was great. They explained everything and was the cheer leader and encourager. This was my grandsons first time so he had some scared moments but with encouragement he made it thru. I guarantee this isnt the last time going here.

Collin was amazing with my son. He’s 8 years old but still gets scared easily. I’m so shocked he got him to do the entire adult course. Both of my children said he was amazing and very friendly. We had a great time!

Just experienced the Giant Swing and the Zip Line. Great experience! Definitely coming back to experience more. Luis is a great Guide. He was very chill and very nice. Definitely recommend him for sure. Overall, a great time.

Exhilarating fun for the family and a great way to keep the kids outdoors (11 and 15 in our case). For more experienced adventurers, the high ropes course and zipline might feel a bit brief and basic but are still plenty of fun. The climbing tower was more challenging than I expected but maybe I'm just out of shape? Either way... I lived the variety of options. Finally for us, the swing was surprisingly exciting and smooth... It's just a shame that it's all over so quickly.

The Terrapin Adventures park was the most fun activity we did in our time at DC. The High Ropes Challenge Course especially was one of the most interesting things I've ever done. Thank you to Oden for guiding us through the whole experience.

Family of 4 looking for outdoor fun for a 14 y/o boy and 11 y/o girl. Found this place with a few searches and gave it a shot. We had an amazing time! Did the full package which honestly wasn't cheap for 4 of us but we were there for almost 3 hours and had a personal guide the whole time. The guide was Scott who was AMAZING. Explained everything very well for a group of adults/kids who aren't avid outdoors people. Big kudos for Scott.

The full package include a swing (favorite among all of us), zip line, ropes/obstacle course (3 levels working up 40 feet), and a climbing wall which included a number of different climbing options.

For those new to this place, I'd recommend bringing a pair of gloves. Maybe I'm just soft (or just white knuckled the supporting straps) but I tore up my hands especially on the ropes/obstacle course. Otherwise, it was an really fun option to challenge the kids and get them off screens.

Great time for small children. Took grand twins pre birthday they had a blast the staff was amazing and very gentle with the little people. Currently too small to zipline but enjoyed the climb and the wall

The staff members at Terrapin Adventures were so welcoming and engaging. My Fiance and I signed up for the Adventure park experience which was so much fun! It started off with 3 levels of rope courses with each level going higher up. As we went higher the rope course was a bit more wobbly which may not be the best for anyone afraid of heights but it was a total thrill for us. Then, we went on to do a giant swing where my Fiance pulled the release level himself and what a drop it was! Afterwards, we went on to the zip line which had quite the jolt at the end of it. Lastly, we had the opportunity to do multiple climbing walls which composed of rock walls, rope wall, a honey bear log, and tires.
