First time going to this haunted house and got stuck behind some people who kept stopping and walking slowly and spoiling the scares. Which isn't really in the control of the hotel. Other than that, it was such a good experience. The decorations were really well crafted, and the costums and makeup were really well done. Really long haunted house well worth the price of admission, and I plan on coming back here to experience it again.

Went last week with my family and friends, very fun. Not too many actors and not really as scary as it could be, but very cool and fun. The chainsaw ending was enjoyable. The actors are funny as well.

Very very long line unless you get VIP (recommend). Seemed like it would have been a good experience if the group ahead of mine would have walked faster, the actors did try and hold us up to space us out but ultimately the people ahead messed it up. I would like to try and go again with VIP and hopefully a smaller group in front.
Good makeup, very smokey, will leave the place smelling like smoke.

We always have fun here every year for the haunted house and the murder mystery dinner is very fun with really good food. Can't wait to try the escape rooms.

OMG, for my 20th Haunted House, I had a blast, THIS WAS BETTER THAN shock house, even though I was not scared at all and laughing through the whole time and hearing other people scream and be scared this was fun and professional. I definitely would recommend this to people to come to if looking for a scare. I love all the props and the clowns on the freak show. I had an interaction with one of the clowns. He motioned me "I got my eye on you." Also at the end with this monster.
