We used Texas John’s for our wedding and had to pay $350 to ensure they would pick them up by Sunday. On the next Tuesday, the company started calling me saying that they needed access to the airbnb that our wedding was held at to pick them up. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, beyond ready to put wedding stress beyond us, but here we were finding out they were two days late to pick up the port-a-potties even after we paid a hefty fee. Putting stress on us during the one week we were supposed to be able to let it all go was so, so disappointing to me. It then took them over a week after that to finally pick them up, giving my husband and I a bad review from the Airbnb hosts. I then had to follow up multiple times and it took over a month before we received a reimbursement check for the scheduled delivery fee we paid. The unnecessary stress caused to us on our honeymoon is time we will never get back. Our Airbnb account status is now always affected. Please do better for the next customers.

Decided to get a restroom trailer for a birthday party and sooo glad we did. 3 stall with AC/Water kept our house clean. They delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday as promised. Very satisfied.

Josh dropped off 2 toilets on a Friday and picked them up the following Monday. They were placed right where I had asked them to be. Due to the drop off and pick up being work days I was not home. He easily opened our gates and got them closed with no issues. He sent us pictures of where our gate clickers were once he left. Could not have been an easier process. Highly recommend!

My company's plumbing was out and we needed to provide bathrooms for our staff and our groups (event company). I called and ordered at around 4/4:30pm and they delivered 4 porta potties and a washing station before 7:30am the next morning. Emily was so helpful and accommodating. Even though we were a bit of an unusual customer for them, she gave me a great price and guided me through the process. Will definitely use again if we experience more plumbing issues!

I called at 8:00 on a Wednesday morning asking for same-day delivery of 2 units and a hand washing station due to a last-minute change of plans. I had already called a few other places and been turned down but Texas Johns made it work and actually delivered within about an hour. Great communication with the office and the delivery driver. My organization is Tax-exempt and that wasn’t a problem at all for them at all. Easy to work with, would recommend and would definitely use them again.

We are a non-profit that puts on a 5k fundraiser every year. We work exclusively with Texas Johns, more specifically Alicia Grosso. She is fantastic and always makes sure we get delivery and pick up on time and inside a very tight window. Bathrooms are very clean and look brand new. We highly recommend Alicia and Texas Johns.
