Great company. The Texas Pride team was reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to deal with the particular constraints of my home, and they kept costs reasonable.

This was my first time using Texas Pride and I was so impressed with Gage's work and customer service! He was extremely thorough, honest and had no issues answering any questions I had. You don't find that often. I'm on the board of our HOA for 40 homes and I just sent out an email to everyone that they should contact you guys if needed. I will definitely call you guys for all of my AC/Heating needs in the future. Gage, you were awesome and thank you!

Initially, I had an issue getting a service completed. Texas Pride went out of their way to make it right. They acknowledged the ball was dropped and could not have been kinder in ensuring they got the job done. I appreciate the transparency and the professionalism.

Texas Pride was very professional and kept us in the loop what was going on while they replaced our old A/C system in the back shop! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their A/C replaced or repaired! Thank you Texas Pride.

This was my first visit from Texas Pride AC & Heating. The technician was very efficient in diagnosing and explaining the repair needed and had my A/C cooling again. He was also very patient and detailed with all the questions I had. I will continue to use Texas Pride and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience replacing our old AC unit. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to educate us on our options. We took their recommendation with a multi-stage system and it has decreased our energy bill by over ~40%!

Texas Pride did a great job helping us select a new air conditioner. And their staff did a great job getting it installed properly. We are up and running in this Houston heat.

These guys are great! They go above and beyond, trustworthy and efficient. I had a fan blower go out and consequently had no A.C. Alex got the part and came back that night at 10pm to install it. I've referred many people to them. Returning messages left to have a return call could use some work. But, everyone is always nice and accomodating. Big Thubs up!!
