My best friend and I had an absolute blast at The Escape Game in Century City! We did the Only Murders in the Building themed room, and it was so much fun—packed with clever puzzles and tons of Easter eggs for fans of the show. The set design was top-notch and really made us feel like we were part of the mystery.

Huge shoutout to Eric at the front desk—he was so friendly and got us super excited about escape rooms in general. Our game master, Trevor, was fantastic at giving just the right nudges when we were stuck, keeping the experience challenging but never frustrating.

We can't wait to come back and tackle the other three games. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and experienced escape room enthusiasts!

We decided to do an escape room and looked up “Best Escape Rooms in LA” and found The Escape Game. From beginning to end every employee was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help us. Overall, the escape room was tons of fun and we will definitely be back to do other rooms. If you are looking for an activity for couples or a family, this is the place! Big shout out to Trevor and Derrick for being amazing!

My wife and I love to do escape rooms whenever we can and when it comes to escape rooms one of the best is The Escape Game. We have done almost all of their games with our friends and while on a trip out to LA we decided to stop by The Escape Game at the century city mall. Now we have done several escape rooms with The Escape Game at many different locations and this is one of the best locations we have ever visited. Even before we arrived, we spoke with a member of the staff, Alexy, to ask some questions about their limited time escape room "Only Murders in the Building." The level of customer service from the phone call alone should have been an indicator that this location continued the level of service that I had come to expect from The Escape Game. In fact, I even spoke to the manager on duty, Jocelyn, to express my appreciation for the positive attention that her staff offered. Jocelyn herself was unbelievable and went above and beyond to make sure that somehow, someway my wife and I would be able to experience the escape room on our anniversary. Unfortunately, the cards did not look in our favor as we would be flying out and there were no time slots that we could do before our flight took off. Jocelyn, treated us like family and encouraged us to reach out to her personally whenever we were in town and see would do whatever possible to help us try the escape room.

We ended up adjusting our flight and stayed an extra day, and we contacted Jocelyn, she helped to set us up so we could experience the room and after we arrived we realized how great her staff truly was. Everyone that we interacted with had a smile on there face, had exciting stories to tell about their favorite rooms and were so interested in hearing about our favorite rooms as well.

Kira, the manager on the night that we came in was so friendly and I had mentioned to her that I would be unable to take photos in the escape room since I was saving my battery to get a ride after the experience. She went above and beyond to help me charge my phone while we were waiting for my experience so that I could enjoy every moment of our anniversary trip. The game guides on duty like Juliana and Kallen were full of energy and ready to set the anticipation of the experience. Kallen also made sure to ask specific questions to help tailor his clues to our playstyle preferences (for those who have never been your door is never locked and you can ask for unlimited clues if you would like as you try to escape).

Besides the staff's kindness, the escape room was so much fun with some many small Easter eggs to show with very clever puzzles to solve. The experience is so worth doing, if your avid fans like us or just trying your first escape room. Kira and Jocelyn told the staff we were on your 1 year anniversary and every single team member wished us a happy anniversary and seemed to treat us like we were so important because to them we were and that's the difference you get at the Escape Game. They even made us a happy anniversary card for us!

Why we know not everyone loves escape rooms, if you do and you have never been to the Escape Game you should go and no better location to stop at then the one in the Century City mall! Special shout outs to everyone especially, Jocelyn, Alexy, Kira, Kallen, Juliana, Trever, Naomi, and Dimitri.

Thanks again from making the trip so special and we hope to stop in again next time we are in LA.

We had an amazing time at the “Murder in the Building” escape game! The game itself was thrilling, full of twists and challenges that kept us on our toes. The storyline was engaging, and the puzzles were just the right level of difficulty to make it exciting. A huge shoutout to Alex, our host, who was absolutely fantastic! Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more memorable. His energy and enthusiasm really brought the game to life. Highly recommend this escape room, especially if Alex is your host!

Rowen was our game master and they were great. We did Only Murders in the Building and the game was well designed, good flow, nice set. The tech was on point, no glitches except for a key hole on the desk that did not work so the game master had to manually unlock that puzzle for us.
Also, we initially showed up for an earlier game and arrived at 9:46pm for a 9:45pm game. The game had no one in it, but the staff could not start/book that game because "the system had already locked it" or something. At the Escape Game Torrance location, they have the flexibility to book games a few minutes after the listed time (provided no team already started playing in the room) or they can sometimes start games early for you if it's late night and they know that no one else is going to join the game...they seem to have more flexibility there operationally. But anyway, the staff is lovely at both locations and the rooms are great.

First time playing at this location in Hollywood, kallen was our game master. 10/10 experience and loved the humor and helpful hint given to us. Will come back after purchasing the 20% pre purchase gift card. Thank you for such the great time Kallen! If you’re reading this, we hope you can be our game master every time 😆😆😆.
