Exhilarating! We have done other Escape rooms and this was by far the most challenging. I love the fact that each new room presents different and unpredictable challenges...and a fun evening bonding with our teenagers! Our room host, Oliver, was awesome! Just the right amount of hints to help get us on the right track!

We have done the Escaped twice now and enjoyed it each time.

The main advice I would say is to choose a room where you have 1-2 less people than the “max” for the room. Then everyone can be involved and have more fun.

I don't have a recommendation but have enjoyed both of the rooms I have been to.

We went to the phantom (harder for sure but bigger room in that people can do multiple puzzles/solves at once). If you do that one, I woudl recommend asking the person to be generous with hints if you are getting off schedule (we wouldn't have made it without those).
Also went to psych ward (little easier but still a challenge, good first one but would be better size for 4 people I think). However, there was some errors with one of the devices (can’t be specific without giving anything away) that they had to help us with even though it wasn’t our fault.

We were here on a Friday night to celebrate my boys' birthdays. You need to make reservations for the timeframe you'd like (you get an hour for $25/person). We were able to get an 8:30 slot on Friday night, the day before we were going. Tickets are non-refundable, so plan well. 5-7 slots are available per room.

Gabe chose the hardest room, The Phantom. It has a 35% escape rate. We all had to sign waivers and promise not to damage things in the room. Then off to two videos about 2 or three minutes a video. One for safety and the other to set up the premise of the room. We were guided to the room, told we had unlimited hints and away we went. This room was waaay harder than we thought. In the hour, we got about halfway through all the puzzles to be solved, and we had decided to divide and conquer. This was our first time ever in an Escape Room and hindsight says we might have wanted to start on a different room as it took us a bit to orient ourselves and figure out where we needed to go first.

But it was a blast!

We had a great time and we escaped from The Psych Ward with help from our awesome spirit guide, Nate! Very fun girls night! Highly recommend!

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We did the room called the informant and it was complex but fun. The staff took the time to design each room in such a way where you spend your time solving the clues rather than spending your time trying to figure out how to operate the locks and the other equipment. We were able to solve the room with about 5 minutes left on the clock. We've also tried an escape room at a competing business downtown, but The Escape was far better in comparison! 5 stars highly recommended!

We visited The Escape Rooms last night and had an absolute blast! The location was easy to find and the environment was clean. The rules of the game were explained clearly by the staff and by the provided videos. The concept was interesting and the room kept us on our toes. This was a great way to flex our brain muscles and to work together as a team. The staff was helpful and kind. We definitely will return again! Thanks for a great time!

This place is fantastic, and they were very flexible with us when we ended up booking the same room as another group of strangers. We had a blast figuring out clues though we definitely needed some help along the way. The staff is really nice and friendly and fun, and the room we got was aesthetically awesome! The rules were straightforward though the clues varied in difficulty. In the end, we escaped The Phantom with only one minute to spare! I'm excited to go back and try future rooms.
