A truly miserable experience every single time we come here. Unfortunately there’s literally nothing else to do in Douglas for a kids party, so we get invited here frequently.

The batting cages haven’t been operational in years. The putt-putt course is the exact same it was when it opened, back when it was Jon’s Sports Park, so it’s tattered and ragged, and they have very few balls and clubs.

The arcade is an absolute joke. If your kid cannot skate, there’s literally nothing else besides the arcade. Only three of the machines work on any given trip. The rest either are out of order, take your money and don’t work, or don’t give you your tickets. If you think to ask the staff for help, if the manager isn’t there, they are very rude.

The skating rink is the only thing that’s usually working. It’s the exact same as it was when it opened, upholstery and all. The music is the same music as when they opened in 2000’s. Sitting here listening to Usher and Backstreet Boys.

The bathrooms stink like raw sewage, as does the water at the sink, nearly every time we come out here.

The go karts work sometimes. They only have 4. If it’s busy, there’s a long line.

They use to have golfing ranges, but I guess they use the shelters as storage for the last few years? I’m not really sure what it is they have piled under them out there.

The manager/owner(?) every time someone says something about the state of things promises year after year that “oooh, we’re next month!” And literally nothing changes.

They also recently tried to go up on the price for kids’ parties. It use to be reasonable for 8 kids, but this year they wanted ~$200. Why? What is there for kids to actually even do out here at this point besides skate and go karts (if they’re lucky)?

You could make at least minor changes that would improve the overall look and feel of the place if you don’t have the resources to update one of the “attractions”, at least to make it look like you care about the business. Right now it’s, frankly, trashy out here.

This place really went down hill. We went for a impromptu Father’s Day putt-putt tournament and were sorely disappointed. There were no regular putt-putt balls (we were give range balls); the putters were either missing, broken, or worn down; and the doors were locked to both the golf range and putt putt course. While waiting for the manager with keys, we had the pleasure of listening to loud, warbling arcade games in a dimly lit room. Additionally, the go-carts, batting cages, and a good portion of the arcade games were out of order. We ended up leaving and getting a refund.

The staff are great! The manager/owner is a very nice guy! We had to plan something last minute and when I called and asked her was more than willing to accommodate. He recommended we buy tickets individually rather than a whole package since there was only one kid. He even provided us with plates and cups and a table cloth! Overall staff 10/10!

The skating rink was wonderful! My sister had a great time getting to skate for the first time and overall was so happy! Music was definitely for adults but hopefully the kids don't notice lol.

The arcade was just alright. Most games are out of order, but the air hockey works great! We had a great time with the air hockey and the ski ball machines. When time to get our tickets cashed in, she got a great prize thanks to the manager and since it was her birthday ?. Overall great place!

We had a birthday party there for our daughter and the staff were fantastic! the activities really put the FUN in the fun place! Robert, the manager exceeded our expectations and provided amazing customer service ensuring our daughter would have the best birthday party ever! Highly recommend going to the fun place!!!

I gotta say, this place is clearly under new management. I took my kids here about 2 years ago on a whim and to say the least it wasn’t pleasant. I just took my kids here again this past weekend to meet another family and wow. It is clear they are revamping the place. The customer service was excellent!! It was much cleaner. The pizza was a huge surprise, it might be the best pizza in town. The manager helped me twice and was extremely patient with me and my questions. The kids had a great time and apparently they are getting a whole new set of new arcades. I will definitely return and im glad to see local businesses trying to please the customers. I would recommend this place now and in the future to see what more they will offer.
