This place is wonderful! The owners care very much and they keep this place nice and clean. My boys love the playground and all the fun toys. They are always sad to go home. I'm so glad this place exists in our community! Oh and as a BIG plus the coffee and other treats are so good!

Very chill environment. Let the kids play on the playground or “STEM” stations while you sit on a couch and enjoy a coffee and waffles. Great way to spend an afternoon when it’s 90 degrees outside!

This place is awesome for the little ones to come and play. I rented out the party area for our baseball team. The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. The coffee bar was good too!

We have been here for kids to play & decided to do my daughter’s birthday party here. This place is great for ALL ages! From the toddler section, to the playground equipment, the sensory rooms, cornhole & other games for bigger kids, the lounge area for adults, and the drinks & coffee bar are amazing! They’ve really thought of everything. We loved having the party here too. They made it so easy & we’re really helpful throughout the whole day!

My 4 and 2 year old had so much fun here. My 4 year old keeps asking to go again. It’s clean and there are many things to play with. I bought the waffle ice cream and it was good.

Great place for your small kids to burn off some of their energy all sorts of games,toys and play sets for kids also good coffee bar with snacks. Locals with kids should support this place so they stay here .

The hive is very neat! This small town needed this after Polk county remolded the outdoor playgrounds. This is going to be a popular place on hot, rainy and cold days! This is a great indoor playground and has many sensory play area for little ones, plus a under 3 baby/toddler zone. They even have a semi private area that can be rented for parties. My 11 month old and 6 year each had there only spaces and had fun for hours. I also appreciate nit having to worry about big kids/teenagers running around and nocking into my child which is sometimes you find at parks and some of the larger indoor playground, jumping gyms.

There is different lanes for sensory and imagination play. Each of the 4 lanes are themed, under the sea, construction zone, outdoor/picnic, and house/doll. The only call out is we noticed the bottom baseboard in the lanes had a rough texture, so if not careful, could get a splinter. All the other boards in the place were smooth and laquered.

Something to note, we hadn't been before they moved the baby zone but talking to some parents, they voiced they didn't like how small it is now. The baby zone used to be where the party area is now. Parents were saying there was more room for them to run around and spread out. On the other hand I could understand the need for larger party area to accommodate larger parties. I didn't mind the baby area and we there on Sunday afternoon after the church crowd. The only thing I didn't like was the net gate used to act as a baby safety gate. Toddlers were climbing over it, under it and around it where it's only attached and hooked at the bottom. Looks broke. Would like to see a solid 3' wall with a swinging gate like at the entrance of the place.

There are a few adult games scattered about, table games like checkers, Jenga and chess. There are large yard games like corn hole, connect 4, tick tac toe.

There is plenty of tables with metal bar stool seats. I personally would have liked to see lower seating with back support that is more children friendly and more comfortable for parents to lounge while the kids play. However they do have two leather futon couches and 4 cushioned arm chairs towards the stage, set up in two living room style sets. There are also plenty of high chairs for babies and they looked clean!

The hive offers WiFi and a variety of refreshments and snacks. I had one of there nitro coffees (never had before) but was very good and creamy. The flavoring range is surprisingly amazing if you are willing to be adventurous and try new things. The also offer craft sodas, teas, and traditional coffee drinks you get at a coffee shop. There is ice cream, we got the waffle bubble and it was so yummy. So much ice cream for the $7. So worth it. There are snacks starting at $1, chips, gummies, dunkaroos, etc.

My daughter keeps asking me when we are going to go back again. Great hangout place, for. Both parents and kids. A little bit of everything for everyone.

Took my 5 year old step son here the other day and he was OBSESSED! He’s asked me every day since then if we could go back. Staff are super nice, drinks are delicious, and it’s really just a cool setup for parents and kids alike. Love that there’s something like this in Polk county now!
