Thad an incredible time at the Escape Room House of Clues! The experience was not only a fun challenge but also a unique concept that kept us engaged from start to finish. Each puzzle was cleverly designed, making us think outside the box and work together as a team. We went through four very interesting rooms. It was a fantastic bonding experience, and I can't recommend it enough! The drive from Los Angeles was absolutely worth it. If you're looking for an adventure that combines creativity and teamwork this is the place to go!

So much fun! Did this for a birthday party and it was a huge hit. We did the Castle and the puzzles were all very clever. They definitely worked your brain but not so hard as to be frustrating. Staff was friendly and helped us out when we got stuck.

The area it is located is great as well, right by several restaraunts and plenty of parking nearby.

Absolutely terrific! My group and I had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful and the puzzle was very engaging. We are looking forward to going again on our next visit to Santa Barbara.

We did two rooms. Tech was dated, rooms poorly set up so puzzles couldnt be completed. Employees had to enter to assist with their broken puzzles.

Was so bad they offered us a second room free, but that room was just as busted. Games may have been great at one point but you can tell the rooms are poorly maintained cash cows now.

Obnoxious employee running the front desk was hanging out with her girlfriends cackling and screaming in the lobby during our wait Worsening an already careless, tacky & unpolished.

Of all the pirate themed escape rooms I’ve been to, this one is by far the best! The atmosphere, decorations, puzzles, and overall creativity was amazing. Our group will for sure be back for the other two rooms!

The two people running the event were awesome too! Very friendly and we had a really great time hanging out with them before and after the game.

Would highly recommend this place!

My wife and I are escape room enthusiasts with over 20 rooms under our belts. We try to play at least one game whenever we travel. While we didn't escape from The House of Clues' Alien Spacecraft Invasion (correction: we escaped, but we didn't save the earth), we had a blast! The scenery in the room is awesome, the lights are disorienting (just like they should be on a UFO), and the puzzles are challenging! Plus, there's a surprise waiting in the room that made both me and my wife jump!

My only complaint about this room was the number of similar locks. It's totally a preference thing, but I think a perfect escape room has only one of each type of lock at a time, so when I discover 3 digits or a key, I know exactly where it's supposed to go. Here, I had to test each combination in three or four different locks before finding the right one. That ate a lot of our time.

We had a nice chat with the owner after playing and are very impressed with their business!

Overall, we had an excellent time here and will be returning to play their Pirate Ghost Ship!

We didn’t play the escapes rooms but they look amazing, we played the VR! An amazing time definitely worth thee experience.
The VR is only two players at a time. They had a blast and is funny to watch them play. Customer service was A1. Super clean place, super easy to play, love it. definitely will come back and do both. You need an appointment! Worth the wait and worth the time!

Pure fun, thrill, and challenge. I did both the Pirate Ghost Ship and the Phsyco Dentist, and I absolutely loved everything about it. I even have to say that I enjoyed this escape room far better than any other escape rooms that I have been to, including the claimed "#1 Escape Room in America", which would be the Basement in Sylmar, California. I 100% cannot wait to come back to try their Alien Escape room. Thank you so much for making my experience incredible, House of Clues.
