I have been a loyal customer since this establishment first opened and have always had pleasant experiences. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The environment was unpleasant, and I received no assistance whatsoever. Instead, my boyfriend, who was there solely because of me, was the one being helped, despite having no idea what he was looking at. When I finally received some attention, the clerk directed all questions to my boyfriend, completely ignoring me even though I was the one responding. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also felt deeply misogynistic. I left feeling disrespected. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever be returning due to this unacceptable treatment. Best of luck.
