Mi hermana vive en Ámsterdam, NY y cuando vine a visitarla me llevo aquí, la pasamos súper bien. La comida estaba rica, hubieron muchas opciones de actividades y los precios accesibles. Jeremy nos trato muy bien y hasta hablaba un bien español! 100% se los recomiendo y vuelvo otra vez cuando visite de nuevo.

Came here on a sunday afternoon. Our food came out promptly and I was thrilled that the kids meal price included a milk!. As a child of the 80s I cringe when I see crinkle cut fries on a menu, but they were surprisingly crispy and I stole some of my kiddos too (shhhhh dont tell). I had an impossible burger and it was perfect! Only thing that could be better was more of a selection for vegetarians. Tacos or nachos without meat or with beans instead would be an easy menu fix! While we were here, the kiddo tried the bounce houses. He had a blast. Just wish that adults could bring their drinks into the bounce area. We would have stayed longer.

This place has serious potential, but unfortunately falls short on several key fronts. Let's start with the positive: the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, even the nicest staff can't compensate for the significant issues plaguing this establishment.

First, the cleanliness was a major concern. The floors were sticky throughout, making for an unpleasant and somewhat unsanitary experience. This issue extended to the bathrooms, which were frankly disgusting and in dire need of attention. Cleanliness is paramount, especially in a place that caters to families and children, and this was a major fail.

Beyond the cleanliness, the entertainment options were also disappointing. Many of the games were broken or malfunctioning, leaving limited choices for entertainment. We even brought this to the staff's attention, and while they acknowledged the issues, they indicated they were already aware of the problems and offered no solutions or alternatives. This lack of action was particularly frustrating. To add insult to injury, the activities that *were* working were significantly overpriced. It felt like we were being charged a premium for a subpar experience.

The food was another letdown. Mediocre at best, it was clear that the items were primarily frozen and lacked any real flavor or freshness. Overpriced, mediocre, and clearly frozen – not a winning combination.

In short, while the staff were lovely, the sticky floors, broken games (which they knew about and didn't fix), overpriced activities, and mediocre frozen food made for a disappointing visit. This place needs a serious overhaul in terms of cleanliness, game maintenance, pricing, and food quality before I could recommend it to others. Until then, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for entertainment.

Such a fun place for kids to unwind and have some fun. We had an awesome birthday party for our son here and it went off without a hitch. We had 10boys around 8-10yrs old and the staff was so helpful, served pizza and took care of everything in a timely manner. The manager even gave me a free drink and a rose 🙂 🌹 we Literally showed up with the kids and cake and they took care of the rest. We didn't feel rushed like other places we've had kid parties at. The boys loved the laser tag and arcade. Food was plenty and staff was amazing. The only thing is i wish is that we didn't go in with another party for the laser tag rounds, (there was another party around the same age at the same time as my sons) but, thats no fault to the staff. The game cards were great, everyone was happy! For the price we paid and the excellent staff experience we will be back next year! Book the party or just come out for some family fun, you wont be disappointed.
