My wife and I visited Helen for a long weekend and decided to play an escape room. We had so much fun with the Krampus room that we came back the next day to play Grimm.

Both rooms had fun puzzles, and if you need hints, they are integrated into the atmosphere of the game in a fun way that doesn't pull you out of the vibe. Both rooms were fun with just a party of 2.

Kendall and Gabe were great hosts, and everyone there was welcoming and pleasant. I 100% hope to come back when there are more rooms available!

We recently visited The Lost Room Escape Adventures in Helen, GA, and had an incredible time tackling the Grimm room! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

The room itself was beautifully designed with creative and challenging puzzles that kept us engaged and on our toes the entire time. It struck the perfect balance between being difficult enough to feel rewarding but not so overwhelming that it became frustrating. Every clue felt purposeful and contributed to the overall experience.

The staff was another highlight—they were welcoming, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about making sure we had a great time. Their explanations were clear, and they set the tone for an immersive adventure.

The facilities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority for this team, not just in the escape room itself but in the overall customer experience.

If you’re into escape rooms or just visiting Helen, we highly recommend giving The Lost Room Escape Adventures a try. The Grimm room was challenging and so much fun; we can’t wait to go back and try another room!

What a great experience for some fun family time. We booked the Master Key room and it was the perfect challenge, with fun puzzles through multiple rooms. Our guide was super friendly and made the experience fun! We will for sure book again when we are back in Helen!

Booked the Krampus Breakroom for our visit to Helen and what an amazing experience. Hands down the best escape room in Georgia!

The staff here are incredibly kind and interactive! Our host and game master provided a few hints when we needed them, and they created a kick off experience like no other.

The room itself was amazing!! The puzzles were challenging but not overwhelming and the rooms themselves were incredibly detailed and believable. It was immersive and best of all we completed without feeling like we were racing against an unrealistic time box for two people.

We wish we lived closer to come back and try the other rooms sooner than later but we will be booking again when we do visit next year.

I can’t say enough amazing things and highly recommend to anyone who loves the escape room experience! This place is best in class.

We loved all 3 rooms, puzzles were creative and room flowed well with theme and puzzle play. Each room had unique puzzles that were intriguing. Great rooms with wonderful props and design. Staff was super friendly and great to chat with about each room and how it came about. Can't wait to go back for new room in the making. Loved the coke machine!

Had a bunch of fun with the family in the Krampus room. Great production quality and some really interesting puzzles. Owner was very kind and personable. Bring a larger group — there’s a lot to work through!

It was so much fun! The employee who worked with us in the Krampus room was amazing, and made the experience so much better. The intricacies and clues were so elaborate and fun to work out! Would definitely go back!
