The entrance to the building is unfortunately not disabled accessible, which unfortunately does not make you optimistic, but once you enter the building from which the funicular is launched, there is professional service, and entering the funicular, the view is unearthly. It's a pity that the glass makes photography difficult, but this is understandable. At the top, there were already elevators that made it possible to climb the stairs leading to the top of Tibidabo itself.

Today I went to see the Basilica Tibidabo. Coming from the Saint Servais district I took bus 196 to the top of the terminal, then the funicular to reach the Basilica. A great ride up with fabulous view whilst going up and coming back down. The price was cheap for concession.

A quick and easy way to get to Tibidabo. You can get to the train with two, maximum three transports, depending on which part of the city you are leaving from. As for the view, nothing special and you can only take the best pictures from the first car. I don't understand the criticism of the ticket price, this is part of the tourist offer of the city and is not a social service.

Very disappointing experience!
We paid quite a high price — around 13€ per person — for the funicular ride, expecting to visit the basilica (or church) at the top as part of the experience. However, when we arrived, the church was already closed, and no one had informed us that it wouldn’t be accessible.

In the end, we paid only to take the ride up and down, without being able to see the main attraction we came for. It felt like a waste of money, and we were really disappointed.

Went on the La Merce public holiday but no wait. What a fun way to ride to the top of Tibidabo. You can see the view of Barcelona unfold as you go up the funicular.

You can buy till you reach the station. Nice staff helping you with the progress. €13.5 for 7mins return trip, quite pricey but the view from the mountain worths.
