This was the best excursion we did on our Alaskan cruise. The e-bikes were great and we went all the way up to Blue Lake in our own and loved every minute of it. Rainier was very helpful and accommodating! If you like to go on your own and create your own adventure, this is for you! We loved every minute of it and it didn’t rain which was an added bonus. Thank you Tide Rips for the awesome memories we made!

And the Harbor Mtn Brewing Company was a great stop and the Milk and Honey pizza from Campfire pizza was our favorite pizza, so yummy! We’ll be back!

This was one of the best things we did while in Sitka. Rainer was extremely kind and helpful! We explored all over sitka from the cross trails to Blue Lake! Very easy to use. I had a cold, so having the electric capability allowed me to enjoy my time without getting worn out. We would 100% do this again and would suggest it to everyone!

My wife and I were on a 10 day cruise and Sitka was one of our stops. BY FAR was this the highlight of the entire trip. We went 20 miles on these bikes!! Customer service was excellent. We had a miscommunication with our booking and had to reschedule, which they handled without question. The bikes were charged and didn’t have a single issue the entire day. Couldn’t have had a better time or experience.

I was wary by the 5 star average review but after booking 4 e bikes for a half day I'm very happy to say that they deserve it. Our guide was Rainier and he was super helpful and gave us great recs on where to go. We returned it a little bit outside the return window but Rainier was flexible!

Absolutely wonderful rental. These bikes were so fun and helped us see a lot of the island in a short time! Really great help from Ranier, who not only rented us the bikes but also gave us great tips for where to go!

These bikes were perfect for exploring Sitka. I’m not a very good biker but these e-bikes made the trip enjoyable the entire time, even up the hills. The bike also managed pot holes and gravel well. We took the bikes to the very end of the road and back with out issues. Will definitely use bikes from this company again, so worth it.

Great service! Rainier came in on his off-day to accommodate us, called to make we were coming, and checked up us while we were on the trail. Very informative briefing before we left (it was our first time on an e-bike) and lots of local knowledge on where to go. Bikes were in great shape, well maintained, and fresh batteries that lasted the entire day. Highly recommended!
