Stay away. Search "Top Choice Gaming" and the fourth hit is a Reddit thread about not buying from them. Since they are a large store they can hide behind several successful sales but doesn't change the fact they are lying to their customers to make a profit. Will take money from customers and not ship items, using the funds to pay for their own business expenses. Cancels orders if they can make more money. Terrible ethics for a business, actively will lie to your face with customer service jargon. Hope this business tanks.

BUYER BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE. Top Choice Gaming is engaging in poor business practices on TCGPlayer, hidden from their main in-person customer base.

I recently stumbled upon them on TCGPlayer because they are also from CA and I was hoping to get my order in time for the holidays. I severely regret it as here we are two weeks later and I have still not received my booster box or any indication they will ship it. Top Choice marked the order as shipped, provided a label, and didn’t ever drop it off so now I’m stuck in limbo waiting for TCGPlayer to step in for a refund.

This is the type of company that is taking free loans from their buyers and have — based on other reviews — canceled orders if the price of sets go up to resell in their favor.

12/12 Update — They of course got my complaint, lied about it being “missing”, and now the package is magically found and on its way. Embarrassingly enough for them, I can see on the tracking that the order was picked up from their store, confirming they are in fact misrepresenting their shipping and ship times. I’ll surely be sending it back when it arrives and reporting them to TCGPlayer. A pathetic business, won’t be back.

Great place to play with friendly staff and a friendly community. All of the staff have been accommodating and helpful. They have some of the best and most competitive prices in the area and are one of the most generous tournament organizers.

If you're in the area, try them out for any of the card games they host. You'll find yourself almost being paid to play with the fact that they give entry boosters and have raffles and other give aways, even in their regular local events.

Redlands lacks a lot of useful storefronts. Plagued with salons and baby boomer apparel along with not much to do but eat ice cream and drink our dreams away comes this gem of a card shop. Meet up and play with friends, take your skills to the test and enter a weekly tournament! The best prizing and atmosphere. Fair prices and great to those who are loyal customers. This is a dream come true.

Love the staff team! They will have everything you need when it comes to Yugioh, One Piece, Pokemon & other amazing trading card games! They also have a big play area too! Big play area = Big Prizing! Definitely check them out on social media for their weekly tournaments!

this seller engages in deceptive sales practices - two shipping labels created, but no item received by shipper. seller told me to wait multiple weeks while item price increased, promised me replacement 3 times and eventually refunded/cancelled after almost a month as they had my exact item listed for $70 more. poor communication the entire time. Ignoring me for several days at a time even though I had waited weeks for my order. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
