Top Heating AC is an impressive company! Douglas arrived exactly as scheduled and, along with his trainee, provided top-notch furnace repair service. Within 20 minutes, our heating problem was sorted out. I'll definitely be relying on their service in the future! Update! Douglas returned to service our furnace and went above and beyond his duty. He thoroughly examined the entire system, including the attic and thermostat, and even cleaned the external unit. His knowledge and courteous manner were commendable, and he did a stellar job! New Review! Couldn't figure out how to add a new review, so I'm lauding Top Heating AC once more! Earlier, Douglas had come for a furnace checkup and didn't have a new filter with him, so we used one of ours. To our surprise, Douglas dropped by the next time he was around and gifted us a new filter! He mentioned that it was part of the furnace checkup. Reached out to see if Douglas serviced heaters. Yes he did! I must say if you're in need of honest, good and thorough heater repair, reach out to Douglas! Avoid other repair services. I had 3 quotes for a new heat pump. My instinct told me to go with Douglas even before the quotes came in. His pricing was fair and he went above and beyond to take care of my heating needs. I almost switched to another service due to minor communication issues at one point but I'm very glad I didn't. I can't say enough positive things about this heater repair service. Our heater went out and we left a message for Top Heating AC. Douglas gave us a call back the next morning and came out that afternoon. He installed a new unit shortly after. He was on time, laid down a drop cloth to protect our floor, installed new copper lines, a new thermostat, and a new filter. Douglas was efficient and went above and beyond which is so rare these days. We've been using this service since we built our house in Los Angeles. Thankfully, we've only had to call them a few times.
