We had a beautiful day to play a round of golf. The course was in decent shape. It's not a 5 star course by any means, but it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive for the price and seclusion we got. We were the first to tee off this morning and didn't see any other golfers until we were finishing up on the back 9. The greens were in good shape visually but not fast by my standards. They were firm and required precision on chipping shots. Expect a lot of dog legs on a lot of the holes and blind shots to go along with those. It's a hilly course with some tight fairways and beautiful scenery. Overall, I would give it a solid 3 ⭐. If you want to get out with your buddies and play an affordable round of golf, it's worth a shot!

This place is a great golf course to play. The course is very tricky, greens are in perfect shape. If your looking for a course with no bad spots on the course this place I highly recommend.

Great course with challenging greens. I love the bell you ring at the end of some holes. It provides some spatial awareness with other groups. I understand the need for the dress code. However, my dad was denied access to the course because he had jeans on. It was our first time playing there and I tried to book the tee time online. I got a return email wanting me to change my password. The link didn’t work so I called them to book. After watching my dad warm up on the range and putt for 30 min they decide to tell him 10 min before our tee time that he can’t play. Their excuse was it’s very clear on the return email and it’s not our rule. I didn’t get the return email and the employee that booked the tee time over the phone did not inform me of the strict no denim dress code. The comment made to me was that we have had to turn several golfers away this morning. Well..the communication breakdown seems to be on the course side and not the golfer. If you turn golfers away they will go elsewhere! Just sayin..

Overbooked, waited 45 minutes after my tee time for a cart but at least got my money back. Grew up playing this course and it has definitely seen better days in terms of conditions & staff

Challenging course BUT.....09/08/24. Japanese hornets inside of 14 out of 18 holes. Tee boxes were concrete hard, greens were NOT in a great condition.

I am a member. Beautiful, well placed between 2 mtns. This golf club host many charitable tournaments. It is challenging and very rewarding. Jim Halloway is the PRO. He is a very knowledgeable professional. He can help your game if needed. Come give it a go, you might like the friendly people, because I know you will love the course.

Absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. The course is unbelievably well-maintained. I will play here very often. The last time I played here it was called Aircastle.
Many many moons ago, lol
